Eagle Special Forces, also called “Talons” are the specialized military branch of the Eagle Federation which is regarded for its quality of operations, flexibility, and best technology professionals. Origins and Formation
In November 1977, the Eagle Special Forces were formed due to the Eagle Federation’s need for advanced military strategy and irregular warfare. They aimed at taking care of threats from neighboring superpowers and insurgents supported by unfriendly states such as the Raven Union which made them to understand that they required a very specialized unit that could perform under extreme conditions doing jobs that other soldiers could not do.

The Talons’ target is not only conventional but it also encompasses risky, clandestine missions with no room for errors. AR-15 Derivatives (Primary Weapons):
Most Talons’ units use AR-15 derivative rifles like the URGI M4 which can be customized extensively. The rifle can be modified for use in close-quarters combat mid-range engagements or long-range precision shooting. It contains mounting points for suppressors, scopes, and under-barrel attachments making it appropriate for varied mission profiles.

Sig Sauer P320 Pistol (Sidearm):
The P320 is lightweight semi-automatic handgun that is modular in design making it easy to rely on in close fights. It serves primarily in stealth missions or as a backup to operatives who must remain silent as much as possible.

Tactical Deception with Captured Enemy Weapons
Enemy Weapons such as AK-74M and AK derivatives
Some Talons units specialize in using enemy weapon that has been captured, like AK-103 and AK-74M rifles which are much common for some armies like the Raven Union. This helps them to mingle with other combatants of the opposition and thus, the forces can think that they are fighting their own troops.

Notable Operations
Operation Retrieve Survivor (1980) The Talons infiltrated the Islamic Republic of Grebes & rescued 52 Eagles Embassy Staff hostages in the E.F. embassy at Mirage in 1979. the operation failed terribly with 1 helicopter and 1 transport aircraft destroyed; 5 helicopters abandoned/captured and many lives lost including some members of the Eagle Special Forces who died on the spot after crashing down inside Grebes.
Operation Avenge the Fallen (2019) Eagle Special Forces with the help of Eagle Army Rangers Infiltrate the House of the World Dangerous Man of the Planet Abu Qattal al-Rafidhi Founder of Magpie State. The operation was a huge success for the Eagle military & Eagle Federation resulting in Magpie States downfall.
