**Author's Notes:**

I want to let you know that there will be a Vanilla+ Conflict Collection, but I will focus on finishing my current collection first. Don't worry; I still have plans for military armies from around the world, and I will be creating a collection for that as well. Additionally, I have collections for the Cold War, World War I, and World War II planned.

The "[Games but in Ravenfield]" project is still a work in progress. I need more time to find the right factions for it. I'm also working on a collection that will cover real-life wars, which is in the early stages, but it will include fictional wars like a second American Civil War and some future conflicts that I won't reveal just yet.

"This Is Our Stories" is, without a doubt, the most personal project I’ve ever worked on. The name might change, but the purpose never will—to tell the stories of soldiers in the Ravenfield universe, not as nameless warriors, but as people.

These aren't just war stories; they capture the moments when soldiers charge into a trench under a hail of gunfire, when the world falls silent after an explosion, and the only sound they hear is their own heartbeat. They reflect the unbreakable bond formed between men in the heat of battle, where comrades become brothers. Some of these soldiers grew up believing war was about heroism—only to confront the harsh reality that it is far more complicated than the stories they once admired.

Through their journal entries, you will see war from their perspective. Some soldiers hold the line because it’s all they know, while others grapple with the burden of their choices, questioning whether they are still the same person who once marched off to battle. They write about the last letter they sent home, the metallic scent of blood and gunpowder, and how a single moment—a choice, a bullet, a command—can change a person life forever.

Some fight for honor, some for duty, and some don’t even understand why they are still holding a rifle. Perhaps they enlisted because they believed in something, or maybe they were just seeking an escape from a dead-end life. However, war has a way of stripping away illusions and revealing the truth underneath. Will they make it home? And if they do, will they even recognize the person staring back at them in the mirror?

This is not just another war story. It does not focus on faceless soldiers in an endless battle. Instead, it emphasizes the human cost, including the moments of fear, courage, regret, and survival. Most importantly, this is their story.
