Description

This mod is moving whole skill lines from the base game and huge number of mods. Because of that - it is recommended to only new campaigns or to re-spec all characters before subscribing.


This mod is expanding the heroes basic skill lines, by adding new skills at the end of chains:
  • Melee (Combat)
  • Magic (or Runic)
  • Blue (Campaign)

This mod is also expanding the generic hero abilities, related gods dedications & "missing" skills.

All custom skills are balanced for vanilla. Check out currently supported factions & mods below.



  1. This mod is compatible with a big number of mods by Expanded Still Trees Overhaul (required). Check description of the mod for more info on supported skills mods.

  2. Expanded Skills: Melee Lines - adds combat skills to all wizards, runesmiths, cultists etc.

  3. Expanded Hero Skill Trees Compilation Submod (by Maffers) - adds variety of custom skills, hero specializations & gods dedications skills.


As this mod will be updated with more factions added - I will be updating the description until I will run out of space. Then I will move this section to a linked discussion. Until then this is the list of currently supported heroes:

Thank you so much for these phenomenal mods! Would you ever consider expanding your brilliant Expanded Hero Skill to Vampire Counts or other factions? By the way, while absolutely loving your mod collections like The Dwarfs/Empire: Immortal Empires Expanded | IEE 6.0, I've encountered consistent crashes around turns 20-30 - especially after manual battles - using only your recommended 30-40 mods. Could this be related to mod conflicts? Any troubleshooting insights would be invaluable!

please give it a resub and this should resolve the incompatibility issue with LC

That's a very odd incompatibility. Thanks for narrowing down the culprit. It will help me to locate the bug, i also use Legendary Characters, so im keen on making it work. Its very strange because i dont use anything from that mod just for clarity, however i dont remember wheter i already added any skills from this mod to LC. haha understandable, have seen it alot on mod pages where people dont do the basic test before asking for help. always seems CA makes alot of weird code changes during updates.

phew that took awhile but i finally found the sinner. its this mod in combination with Legendary characters. both works fine seperatly, hope this helps :D

i tested with Kostaltyn faction on IEE, thanks for letting me know and i appreciate good report, always have to ask first the basic questions to make sure the basics are covered. its very fresh after update, theres a bunch of bugs after the patchm everyone is looking for new things coming up :P i just hope its nothing new related to this mod as i just cleaned it up for 6.1 ;<

yea i tried that before writing here just to be sure, but sadly it dint fix it. yep pretty sure its this one because if i only turn this one off it goes through end turn no problem :steamthumbsup:
so it might be some weird interaction between this mod and one of the other ones i have on( maybe old world), so ill try to some more testing and give some feedback if i find what exactly what causes it

Hello, try resub as i go through the end turn with no problem with the mod enabled after update. Also are you sure is this mod?
