Description
Ebonian Mod v1.1.2
is WIP Mod that plans on adding random nonsense with an unsurprising focus on... the Corruption and Crimson (They're far from everything though!)

If you encounter bugs, please report them in the Discord server below, replying to steam comments is incredibly inconvenient.

Misc Info:
  • NO MULTIPLAYER COMPATIBILITY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Despite the "1.x", the mod is far from finished, it's just stable enough to be considered a 1.0 release, and each major update will move on to 2.x, 3.x, etc.

  • Join our discord[discord.gg] for updates and announcements!

  • Currently the mod contains 4 bosses, over 85 items and 30 enemies, but it will grow with time.

  • Play on Expert for the best experience.

  • Compatible with Fargo's Best of Both Worlds.

  • Functional with Remnants Mod, however some minor issues may show up

  • Translation mods are possible to make, you may also join the discord and send translation files so that they can be implemented directly into the mod.

The cocoon and spectators will be changed in the next update to only be vulnerable when a player is close to them

also PLEASE make it so the mobs that summon the evil bosses get much rarer after killing them. I accidentally summoned 5 times while doing pillars :/.

Considering the dialogue Xareus has towards the end of the fight, perhaps there could be an option similar to the pacifist mod or Mod of Redemption where, if you don't fight him for a certain amount of time, the fight will have an alternative ending to it? The Archstaff would still be satisfied with the whole battle, and this way of ending the fight could perhaps lead to a completely alternative path with Xareus, such as helping him out in some way? Just an idea and/or concept I thought of.
(P.S.: I literally just came up with this after fighting him today, and the fight lasting long enough to trigger the dialogue from him.)

May i suggest something? An item or potion that blocks the spawn of the HM evil biome bosses? Similar to calamity's "anti-cyst ointment". With max spawn rate and using summons, they always tend to kill the boss summoning enemy and accidentally spawn the bosses on a frequent basis, makes farming souls of night troublesome. Just a suggestion.

Also encountered a bug where i couldn't click on the xereus staff after it does its dialogue, stopping me from fighting the boss, quitting and restarting does nothing. Only happened to me once tho

some isues:
-sometimes the zooming in when the HM evil biome boss intro gets stuck
-evil biome enemies spawning a lot when the a celestial pillar spawns on top of the evil biome (i know other enemies shouldnt spawn during the pillar invasions)
