Level 3 Artifact & Erchius Missions

Adjusts the threat levels of all of the artifact missions, plus the Erchius Mining Facility, to level 3, making them all less challenging. Designed to complement mods that not only make artifact quest progression non-linear, along with mods that allow the player to repair their ship before having to complete the Erchius Mining Facility mission, but also mods that expand the story questlines with harder missions, such as, say, a mod that incorporates Extra Dungeons' missions into the questline.

For example:
- Non-Linear Artifact Quests
- Repair FTL Before Erchius Mission
- Extra Dungeons Questline Incorporation (which incorporates Extra Dungeons' missions into the main questline, by requiring the player to clear the quests associated with those missions before taking on the Ruin.)

Note: This mod has a priority of 1000, meaning that it should load after any other mod with a lower priority than it. (Mods that don't have a defined priority default to a priority of 0.)

However, mods that list this mod as being "required" or "included" by them would force this mod to load before the other mods, regardless of priority. (For example, a mod with a priority of -1000 that lists this mod as being either "required" or "included" would cause this mod's priority to be treated as being the same as the other mod.)
