🔧 Tech & Res + E&F Compatibility Patch for 1.9 🌍

This patch ensures full compatibility between the two overhaul mods for Victoria 3, with minimal changes to the original content:

🧪 Tech & Res
💰 Economic & Financial Overhaul (E&F)



📈 Inflation (E&F)📉 is beeing updated with every new good from Tech&Res, according to their class and area of use

⚠️ Requirements
 1. This mod requires the Community Mod Framework, as Tech & Res depend on it.
Localization conflicts between CMF and E&F should now be resolved.
 2. E&F now also requires Expanded Topbar Framework to work, so it should be integrated in your game playset.

❗ Additional Recommendations
It's not required, but if you don’t want to be the only one in the world producing this absurd amount of goods, I highly recommend subscribing to Kuromi's AI.

hey for some reason my private industry in general likes to build railroads aka trains non stop. Is that supposed to happen? it practically refuses to build anything else and its rather unproductive and a waste

yes absolutely. This is 100% something we have in mind but I'm probably going to do it with @mattia10 of Tech& Res in a separate mod. E&F borrows most of the companies from "More Unique Companies"; I already texted their creators and they told me they are working these days to keep upgrading the mod. When they are finished me and/or Mattia are gonna probably make a patch mod or directly add it to Tec&Res. There is some great potential, so thanks for the interest

Is there any chance you'd consider adding some of the tech and res industries to the companies added by the economic and financial mod?
Seems weird that I can establish Nintendo as a company but they can't own digital media industries or Mitsubishi and automotive industries.
The base game companies also need expanding to fit the new industries added but that's more under Tech & Res' modding capability.
I may look into doing this myself for each nation I play if it's out of the scope for the com patch

I am so sorry, guys. I was away this weekend, and I just saw your comments. I found the error, I tested it, and now it should be fixed. It was a } error a few lines under that I missed in the post-update frenzies.

Think there is an issue causing only PCS to create stocks. Seems to have been missing }} on line 11748 in z01_financial_scripted_effects.txt. At least what LLM said and it fixed it for me but not save compatible.
