Description
The first 11 campaigns are maps included in L4DCenter / CedaPUG, they are good maps I recommend playing them and having the downloaded incase you ever try out those servers I mentioned.
missing dead before dawn DC and Parish overgrowth (parish overgrowth keeps getting updated and DBD DC has multiple parts on the workshop because it's 1 gb VPK, best to get it from L4DCenter or CedaPUG).

All the maps here I liked and thought are worth trying out.
