With this mod you will spend the first couple of dozen turns sweating because basically every single one of your neighbours will declare war on you right away. But then once you manage to survive that and consolidate, you're looking at an AI that is constantly at war, destroying their troops and wasting their income on rebuilding armies rather than upgrading their economy. They also leave their cities undefended because they're constantly on the offensive against other AI as well and the game becomes even more of a steamrolling simulator after the midgame.
