Description
This mod enhances Sectopod stats on all difficulties.

"But WHY???" you may ask.
Well, choose your reason:
- because some people miss the scary Sectopod from Enemy Within;
- because some people play with huge squads and need harder foes;
- because some people just want to watch the world burn.


NEW SECTOPOD STATS

ROOKIE DIFFICULTY:
- armor upgraded to 5 (from 4)
- crit chance upgraded to 10 (from 0)
- HP upgraded to 40 (from 30)
- defense upgraded to 3 (from 0)
- offense (aim) upgraded to 73 (from 70)
- hack defense upgraded to 135 (from 125)
- flanking crit chance upgraded to 40 (from 33)
- flanking aim bonus upgraded to 20 (from 0)

VETERAN DIFFICULTY:
- armor upgraded to 6 (from 4)
- crit chance upgraded to 13 (from 10)
- HP upgraded to 42 (from 28)
- defense upgraded to 6 (from 0)
- offense (aim) upgraded to 75 (from 70)
- hack defense upgraded to 145 (from 125)
- flanking crit chance upgraded to 40 (from 33)
- flanking aim bonus upgraded to 25 (from 0)

COMMANDER DIFFICULTY:
- armor upgraded to 7 (from 5)
- crit chance upgraded to 15 (from 10)
- HP upgraded to 48 (from 32)
- defense upgraded to 9 (from 0)
- offense (aim) upgraded to 77 (from 70)
- hack defense upgraded to 155 (from 150)
- flanking crit chance upgraded to 45 (from 40)
- flanking aim bonus upgraded to 30 (from 0)

LEGEND DIFFICULTY:
- armor upgraded to 8 (from 6)
- crit chance upgraded to 17 (from 10)
- HP upgraded to 60 (from 40)
- defense upgraded to 12 (from 0)
- offense (aim) upgraded to 79 (from 70)
- hack defense upgraded to 165 (from 150)
- flanking crit chance upgraded to 50 (from 40)
- flanking aim bonus upgraded to 35 (from 0)



WEAPONS STATS (same for all difficulties)

Base weapon:
- damage upgraded to 11 (from 10)
- spread upgraded to 1 (from 0) -> makes damage range from 10 to 12
- shred upgraded to 3 (from 2) -> destroys armor

Wrath cannon:
- damage upgraded to 14 (from 10)
- spread upgraded to 2 (from 1) -> makes damage range from 12 to 16
- shred upgraded to 3 (from 0)
- environmental damage upgraded to 25 (from 20)

Lightning field:
- damage stays the same at 8
- spread upgraded to 3 (from 1) -> makes damage range from 5 to 11
- pierce upgraded to 4 (from 3)

WOTC is confirmed to work, at least on a new save.

I don't know this mod but as you say, my mod here only change a few stats so it would be compatible with many mods as long as they don't touch to Sectopod stats (they can change their spawn rate that wouldn't matter).

WOTC is not tested with this mod, though, I don't know if this DLC changes the secto.

So, i just looked about the other mods i have and found the source of problem with the unit disapearing. Working in a pandemic mess with my attention, sorry

Thx for the feedback.

If you don't use WOTC the mod should work just fine indeed! That's the thing that would need some rework: a WOTC version..

This mod is quite basic and just alters some stats, I can't do anything about AI, spawning or camera bugs. They're probably caused by another mod, but I haven't tried LW2 so far and don't know if its bugged in this way.

@Feldo, i want to say sorry for being late for response, i was testing another two new runs to be sure. I'm using the vanilla version with some mods, also the LW2, unfortenally i don't have the WOTC or the reinforcement pack.

With the vanilla i don't see almost any problem, just sometimes when the unit is with other advent troop the camera focus just in the solo one instead of the two or more, beside that it's working nice.

In LW2 i had a bit more problems. The camera may be glitchy like in the vanilla; there's two times that the A.I. just freeze and don't move for the rest of mission (i hit it too, just to be sure), i had to reload few times until the unit start moving again. Beside that i see just one time the sectopod be deployed and not showing up, the enemy turn begins, sectopod moving, but not showing.

In resume, still working fine and i had that nostalgic feeling of fear when i see that monster walking around. Futhermore, i guess one or two patchs can resolve the problems

@Manel Great ;) Which version of the game are you using? Is the mod still working? I didn't touch it for a while, hope it still makes things harder :)
