An array of game modes ranging from normal armor to no armor, with a couple of steps between, plus the following features common to all of them:

• Allows selecting a population cap of 100, 250, or 500, or leaving it at the map's default.
  
  • If you set the population cap up to 250 or 500 the upkeep cost is lowered in proportion, so that you can keep building units longer.
    
• Resource adjustments:
  
  • Removes the AI's resource cheats. Humans and AIs now get the same base resource income rates.
    
  • Further reduces the Hard AI's munitions income by 50%, to cut back on excessive bombardments.
    
• Allows the camera to zoom out 4x as far as default. (Beyond a certain point the units and other details will be hidden by the fog, but you still get a good overview of the landscape.)

These should work with most maps and tuning pack mods.

From top to bottom as listed below, they are -

1. No change to vehicle costs.

2. Vehicle costs x2.

3. Vehicle costs x5.

4. Vehicle costs x200 (i.e., unaffordable)

Otherwise they are all the same.


The next four at the bottom of the list are variants of the same things, except these launch your game without commanders and intelligence bullitens. One of them will be needed for the forthcoming Late 1944 Tuning Pack.

There are a few options with a popcap of 800 and an asterisk after the option name. The asterisk indicates that the option is experimental, and may be removed in the future.
