General:
  • Penal Battalion now come equipped with only SVT rifles. But they can be either specialized with four PPSH-41 SMGs or two M9 Bazookas through upgrades. Their flamethrower upgrade has been removed and their cost has been increased from 280 to 300 manpower.

  • Incendiary Mortar Barrage abilities are now more effective against infantry and structures. Their cost has been increased from 20 to 25 munitions.

  • Molotov Cocktails and Incendiary Grenades have been improved. They now cost 15 munitions each.

  • Hand-held infantry flamethrowers' damage output has been increased by about 10%.

  • Stuka incendiary rocket barrage has increased effectiveness against infantry and structures. It is now consistent with its cost.

  • Soviet Merge ability will no longer work on Guard Infantry due to animation issues.

  • PPSh-41 SMG Package upgrade for Conscripts and Penal Battalions no longer remove their Merge ability.

  • Trench Network's health has been increased by 25%.

  • Centaur 20mm Strafing Fire ability has been enhanced. Its cost has been increased from 15 to 25 munitions.

  • Greyhound M2 Canister Shot has been improved.

  • Issue regarding Fallschirmjagers not receiving correct weapon stats upon picking MG42 LMG has been resolved.

  • Missing UI icon of Fallschirmjagers' MG42 LMG upgrade has been fixed.

General:
  • AI controlled heavy artillery units have increased recharge times for their barrage abilities.

  • Destroying AI controlled heavy artillery units increases their respective barrage costs for AI. This is done to reward human players who employ counter-battery tactics.

  • Upkeep costs of Wehrmacht and OKW factions have been considerably decreased. It will now be easier for human players to maintain bigger Wehrmacht and OKW armies.

  • Grenadiers rifle grenades no longer explode immediately on impact. They now have a fuse delay of 1.25 seconds.

  • Issues regrading missing commander abilities due to official game patches have been resolved.

  • Stuka incendiary barrage ability should now work as intended.

  • Elite Troops commander's stun grenade ability has been replaced with Sturm Officer call-in ability.

  • NKVD Rifle Tactics commander's precision barrage ability has been replaced with recon flight ability.

  • ML-20 Howitzer and Shock Troops abilities of Terror Tactics commander are now replaced with DSHK HMG and Guard Troops call-in abilities, respectively.

  • Pantherturm no firing sound issue has been fixed.

  • UI icons of PPsH SMG and Bazooka passive commander abilities for Conscripts have been updated.

  • Conscript PPsH SMG upgrade now requires 2 slots instead of 1.

  • UI icon of flamethrower passive commander ability for Stumpioneers has been updated.

  • US M1919A6 LMG and M2 flamethrower passive commander abilities have been combined into a single ability called Support Weapons.

  • Smoke grenade ability has been removed from Lieutenant squads.

  • RGD-33 grenade ability has been removed from anti-infantry Partisan squads. They can now only throw Molotov cocktails.

  • Soviet upgrades for Molotov and Anti-tank grenades have been combined into a single upgrade which costs 150 manpower and 25 fuel.

  • UI Icon has been updated for British Support Weapons passive commander ability.

  • Overwatch artillery abilities can no longer attack on wreckages of base structures.

  • OKW Bobby trap ability now requires veterancy 1.

  • Panzerfaust ability has been removed from Fallschirmjagers.

  • Fallschirmjagers' Blendkörper smoke grenade ability has been replaced with flare ability.

  • Blendkörper smoke grenade ability no longer has veterancy requirements.

  • Blendkörper smoke grenade ability has been added to Panzerfusiliers.

  • Cost of Jaegar Light Infantry has been increased from 320 to 340 manpower.

  • Medical First Aid ability has been removed from Jaegar Light Infantry.

  • UI icon of US M2HB 50Cal HMG has been updated.

  • Vickers MG's range and sight radius increases by 5 meters on veterancy 1. It also unlocks a veteran sprint ability.

  • Issues regarding construction and repair bonuses of builder units have been resolved.

  • Projectile speed of PIAT has been increased from 15 to 25 to improve its mid-range effectiveness.

  • Wirecutting abilities have been removed from all builder units.

  • UI of Minesweeper upgrades has been reworked.

  • Assault engineers can now be upgraded with a mine detector.

  • M4A3E2 Sherman Jumbo's model has been reworked. It is now equipped with a high velocity 76mm main gun.

  • Panzer IV Ausf. J's health have been increased from 800 to 820. Its UI symbol has also been updated.

  • Tiger Ausf. E's health have been increased from 920 to 930. Its UI symbol has been updated as well.

  • UI icons of US and British grenade package upgrades have been reworked.

  • Damage ranges of all grenades have been increased.

  • The effective range of rifle grenades, fired by Combat Engineers garrisoned in fighting positions, is now from 15 to 45 meters.

  • The effective range of Grenadiers rifle grenade ability is now from 10 to 40 meters.

  • Grenade throw abilities of Pershing, Comet and Churchill tanks have been improved. Their ranges have been increased from 15 to 20 meters.

  • Sturmtiger can now move with a restricted speed while reloading its main gun.

  • Sturmtiger NahVW grenade launcher ability has been improved. It can now be fired while the main gun is reloading.

  • Support Smoke and Crew Self-defense abilities have been added to Churchill AVRE.

  • Medical First Aid ability has been removed from Infantry Sections.

  • M3 half-tracks' sight radius bonus on veterancy 3 is now properly applied.

  • Jagdtiger main gun tracking angle issue has been rectified.

  • Animations and UI icons of Assault Grenadiers, Stormtroopers, Panzerfusiliers and Jaeger Light Infantry have been updated.

  • Sprint ability has been added to all core infantry units.

  • Sprint duration increases from 10 to 15 seconds upon veterancy 1 for Pioneers, Assault Pioneers, Field Engineers, and Shock Troops.

  • Passive Sprint abilities have been replaced with veteran sprint abilities which enable units to sprint for a longer duration.

  • Conscripts' Oorah ability has been replaced with standard sprint ability.

  • IeFH 18 and ML-20 howitzers now increase their weapon damage by +20 on veterancy 3.

  • Land Mattress MRL now fires a salvo of thirty rockets instead of fifty but with less scatter.

  • Katyusha Creeping Barrage rockets now have less scatter than before.

  • All on-map heavy artillery barrage abilities have increased cool-down times.

  • AI controlled Volksgrenadiers can now throw incendiary grenades.

  • AI can now tactically deploy off-map bombardment abilities.

  • AI gameplay has been further overhauled for all Game Modes, especially the Hardcore Mode.

  • Infantry flamethrowers' range has been increased from 20 to 25m. They also have increased burst effectiveness.

  • Flamethrower equipped vehicles have their range increased from 30 to 35m as well.

  • M10 and M36 tank destroyers' armor piercing rounds now have similar reload times as their standard counterparts.

  • QF 17-Pounder and M5 76mm anti-tank guns have their armor piercing rounds ability improved.

  • Su-100 tank destroyer now has slightly improved long range accuracy.

  • White phosphorus based area weapons are now more effective against infantry units.
