[1.0.21] 25 December update.
Merry Christmas folks, there has been an update to the balance.x rules.

- Heavy melee infantry all have had their designations rejigged.
- Modern infantry (thorakitai, legio) now have an attack bonus versus spear infantry that do not have the same classification, but are not hampered when attacking buildings.
- Spear infantry are less useful against buildings.
- Pike infantry now is more useful against chariots and elephants but less so versus buildings.

ALSO

- Illyrian Bowmen for Romans are finally buildable.
- Found out why some levy units weren't appearing at all. Apparently, we forgot to remove old legacy tagging from super7700 that caused levy units to disappear.

A bug report by Ian led ups to check on British units (Dhruvagc had previously played Suebi and stated no problems). Sure enough, we found one of the units shared the same slot as another. It has been fixed but the issue has not been verified to be causing CTD bugs.

No official change. We intend to return back and fix buildings over Thursday. Assuming we aren't busy.
