Added a placeholder "Rock Carrot Farm" which uses stone (in the ground) for efficiency.

Added "Rock Carrot Farming" under the FARMING tab. Just like other types of farming you can research how to construct them here.

Very basic working mod. Added Rock Carrots and Boiled Rock Carrots as a food item. Testing to see if items are showing up as intended at various shops in game.
