* (temporarily) disable Production Level setting, industries always have a limit of 6400 now. This is to prevent crash-on-upgrade (the current fix protects against downgrading, but not against upgrading) Will re-enable when the main game is patched (UG is aware of the issue).

* add bidirectional truck stop terminals to all industries. In most cases there is one side of the road that makes more visual sense to load from, but you can now pick whichever side (or both) makes more sense for you.
