Red now starts with Anarchy 2 and a Medgel.
New option to let the Transistor spawn functions from KO agents (as opposed to critical (dying) agents only), for everybody who thinks Red is too risqué.
Permadeath compatibility: Functions of killed agents now always spawn if there's a slot for them. The randomisation can be re-enabled via campaign option.
Permadeath compatibility: Reduced Limiter daemon slots to 1
Permadeath compatibility: Reds "Hurt" ability will never actually kill the agent, regardless of the death timer settings.
Fixed precision error if Crash() spawns and despawns on the same turn

Visual effects when agents generate their algorithms.
Read() pans the camera to the target area.
Moved Reds Hurt self ability to the action tray at the bottom.
Bonus features if Permadeath mod is enabled:
- Red can now correctly use her remote "kill" ability to put agents in critical condition (but not kill them)
- Player will get unique benefits from permanent agent deaths if Red is on the team. These will manifest starting with the next mission. Abuse of this feature may have undesirable side effects.
