Removed bounty hunting from AI for patrols -- was causing issue of not putting characters in cages occasionally. Stupid robots.

final balance tweak.

Added extra monster squad to slave shop

took squatter followers down to lvl 1 from 5

changed a couple of deployment locations for monster squads to make the openig minutes of the squatters run better. Now there is a slightly better chance to avoid the hoarde before capture. Should only initially face low level units now.

AI clean-up (removed redundant functions to not conflict with add-ons.

Lowered slightly number of units starting in town to avoid the "hordes of chaos" effect. Should be smoother with less lag as well.

Lots of little fixes to the AI to make the slave process smoother, and to help get the player out of cages doing stuff.
