AI tweak making monster leader use battle-slaves. More town hardening.

added looting to a bunch of metalhead units.

slaves now start armed with iron sticks and clubs. I tried to make them loot too, but they tended to just stand around stupidly, crap weapons made the difference. They now fulfill their intended role as battle-slaves to make up for metalhead losses and keep the town alive. WOOT!

added some additional dialogue packages to slaves and ripper jack. Included instant agro package for outlaws.

AI change to Ripper Jack, Metalhead, Leatherstrip and The Doctor. Added self preservaton and got Ripper and the Doc moving again (they were hiding and getting confused).

BUFFED the squad in the squatters. they use "10" and "5" stat packages now. Because fairness.
