Turning Terraforming Candidates into Nascent Worlds will now add deposits and blockers to the surface.

- You can now terraform Terraforming Candidates into Nascent Worlds if you have the Terrestrial Sculpting tech.
- Some of the Nascent World effects are now done through a planet modifier, making them more visible to the player.
- Various other minor improvements.

Devouring Swarms no longer get Nascent Worlds by default (they'd rather feast than terraform). They can, however, still take Interplanetary Expansion and get one Nascent World.
