HOLIDAY UPDATE - SOUTHERN SUMMER

MAJOR CONTENT:
-Added Q'a Numi Healing Ceremony system: at most every decade, a Q'a Numi ruler can undergo a national healing ritual, a powerful ceremony where the maladies of the nation are observed in their purest form: the form of pure spiritual energy of the people, or n/um. The event itself comes with a variety of outcomes, with a small possibility of tragedy in some cases. 6/6/6 rulers are encouraged to take big risks in their healing ceremonies. In total, this event can have approximately 29 different outcomes - though one is less of a reward and more of... well, death.

-National ideas for Unuor Ulus, Maritimae and Latlerin minors (Histria & Dalmatia).

-Added Taa, Khoe, Kung, and Kurudijuha national ideas (every Q'a Numi country but Sununguko and Kola)

SMALL CHANGES/BUGFIX:
-Q'a Numi tribal theocracy successors now have a random gender, as opposed to only being men.
-Prevented certain consort events from happening to Phrygia.
-Fixed Maravi and Butua's primary cultures.
-Renamed Inuit Empire to Inuit Nunaat (The actual Kalaallisut term for the country of Inuits, which they don't use given Greenland is but a small portion of the Inuit homeland).
-Added custom leader and kingdom names for Ikniksugritist countries.

Update: 4 Dec, 2020 @ 5:52am

-Reimplementation of most previous content. Should work just peachy!
-Renamed Maritimae leader to Idios al-Madiya Türüjlı (Idios the Illuminated, whose family has ancient connections to the Türgesh tribe). While no content exists yet for this potentially important character, he will plant the seeds of a strong ambition in his dynasty, an ambition to become the Emperor of a new, holy Germania, loyal to the Caliph of Rum.

Update: 30 Nov, 2020 @ 1:07pm

-Attempt at fixing recent crash issues by fixing a few more new typos. :p

Update: 29 Nov, 2020 @ 12:48pm

SMALL CHANGES/BUGFIX:
-Fixed a couple bugs in on-actions, that at the very least prevented provinces Isauria conquers from sometimes changing their trade goods to slaves, and a bug that prevented theocracy heir events.
-Fixed some more minor bugs involved with the Phrygian heir event that I'm hoping was continuing to destroy game stability for some players

Update: 29 Nov, 2020 @ 9:09am

SMALL CHANGES/BUGFIX:
-Changed Cybele's secondary modifier from +50% heir chance to +1 tolerance of the true faith, given the Phrygian tyranny now makes heir chance redundant.
-Fixed a bug giving all Eastern units access to Isaurian Janissaries.
-Forming Akitania and converting to Islam prevents Akitanian culture provinces from culture shifting to Aybirean. Might give them a unique culture "evolution" in the Rumi group but it's a bit of a stretch for a niche conversion for a formable nation that's rare itself (though I might expand on this with Gurrea and other Gallien countries that leave the KoG as they become more open to religious conversion should a particular Islamic/Christian/Pagan denomination be doing well) Also they got a flag :p
-Walked back on some erroneous bugfix attempts from earlier that might just be causing issues.
