SMALL CHANGES/BUGFIX:
-Fixed all remaining problematic ports & capitals in South Africa.
-Actually fixed Almoravid emirate reform (I had previously fixed what was needed to create a custom nation with their reform LOL)
-More fixes to Phrygian election system. Seems like I have an awful habit of misspelling them as "Phyrgia" and messing up all the code.
-Fixed a terrible typo in the on-actions that pretty much made the game unplayable.
-Fixed Attleia's blessing modifier.

UPDATE 1.3.2.1 - MEDITERRANEAN MADNESS (Part II Interlude I)

Just a quick mostly bugfix update with a taste of content that was supposed to be in Part III (namely the rudimentary Phrygian election system).

SMALL CHANGES/BUGFIX:
-Fixed some errors in leader names in Gepida & a few South African countries that caused some weird code names to pop up.
-Added historical friendship between the Hashimiyids & Iskandariyya.
-German pagan religions temporarily don't have defender of faith. This will be re-implemented in the North Sea update, which will see parts of Norse broken into local faiths, such as Rodism in Tyskland/Settler States & Anglican/Saxeish in Britain, preventing Tyskland/Ostia from protecting all of Northern Europe.
-Minor development adjustments in Balik (-2 manpower +2 production) & Nabuthia (-3 production +4 tax)
-Renamed Nyugatkhan to Zoltánids (dynastic name & sounds much better)
-Welsh flag now sports the Welsh dragon & their provinces are painted in dragony red (possible without big ol England)
-Renamed Banu Lakhm to Kafiristan, having become suffiently detached from their Arabic tribal identity from over a millenia of Iranian influence). Fixed their primary culture (Kafiri, aka the entire country) and changed their dynasty to Lakhimid as a nod to their noble heritage.
-Fixed a Printing Press institution modifier that spread the institution to European 20+ dev capitals. This has been changed to Islamic 20+ dev capitals (matching its tooltip and the prior changes to Renaissance).

-Roman Senate should now properly disable the nobility estate.

-Added unique national ideas for Balik Ulus and Sebkhemerz
-Added unique government reform for Balik Ulus
-More loading tips and loading tip fixes. Now you only have like a 16% chance to get a default tip!
-Updated Roman Republic leader names to match Venetia

-Rome (kingdom formable/T2) now gains the Roman Tyranny reform should Venetia create it, an upgrade to the Venetian tyranny.
-Updated Mazowsze's flag. (Thanks Dracaric!)
-Fixed the terra incognita bug!
-Minor tweaks in Venetian missions (though more expansion to the existing missions, specifically the newest ones, will occur alongside further mission expansion)
-Added some loading screen tips.
