-Added missions for Venetia. (+5)
-Client states are now available at dip tech level 2.
-Adjusted Assyrian formation requirement and reward
-Localised new merc companies
-Prevented old Venice tag from being able to revolt (should hopefully fix some crashes)
-Fidemarx fix
-Removed religious limitation on Hellenic resettlement decision
-Crete renamed to Armylant - derived from arme + eilant, roughly means Isle of Mercy, the Island that Has Mercy, or something of the sort. Arme is a Vandalic verb meaning 'to have mercy', eilant being a Middle Germanic term for islands (doesn't seem like there's any reference to the true Vandal term for islands). Reference to the consistently Christian population of the island, which was already renowned for its piety during the Christian Vandal era.
-Two of the Manichaean darkness decisions work for Mandaeism and Noniustian now, though I'm planning some more unique ones for the three darkness religions.

-Fixed Venetian government reforms (Privilegis Dynastia works fine and all are localised. Long term consequences for the Privilegiis Venetia are planned for 13-3)
-Fixed Procuveric and Incrementumism not being able to use some Roman stuff (consequence of a scripted trigger using their original religion names during development)
-Added decision to form Assyria.

-Fixed a bug that messed up the Venetian mission tree for players without Emperor DLC (pretty sure this was the case but LMK if u still experience this bug)

This isn't 1.3-2, aka the 2nd major part of the Hellenic update, just a smaller update to fix some glaring problems. Call it 1.3.1.2 (:
CONTENT
-Added an event for heretic KoG nations, forcing them to leave Germania or convert to Germanic. AI will leave unless allied to or in love with the Emperor (150+ opinion)

MINOR/BUGFIX
-Janissaries have been removed as a unintended recruitable unit type from a ton of Turkish and Greek countries, including:
Aeolis, Attika, Bayt Allah, Bithynia, Bosphorus, Cappadocia, Caria, Cenomania, Dalmacya, Doria, Etruria, Galatia, Hellas, Histria, Ionia, Italya, Liguria, Lycaonia, Lycia, Lydia, Makedonya, Maritimae, Maurentia, Minortas, Mora, Mysia, Pamphlagonia, Phyrgia, Pisidia, Pontus, Qiral Qyzyl, Rum Caliphate, Sophene, Tarkhaganate, and the Tyrikhids. (YIKES!!)
-Made it possible to form Bretony and Iberia with vassals, and improved readability of decision requirements.
-Removed decision to form Spain.
-Lowered Treverorus government rank
-Fixed province names for Lugun and Perleberg (Gothic Capital and Lauen-Perle's 2nd province)
-Some minor fixes to some triggered modifiers for Rome.
-Gated culture conversion to Italyan until Age of Crusades (Reformations) but reduced average time for event to fire from 60 to 20 years (120 -> 40 for Graeci and Roman).

((My current idea is that the Janissaries' equivalent will make a comeback as a unit type for the Mamluks and other formable Mamluk sultanates, though I don't plan on adding this feature until Reform Desire comes into play for Alsababi nations and a disaster event that causes revolutions in Mamluk nations is added to balance this power.))

UPDATE 13-1 - MEDITERRANEAN MADNESS (Part I)
Just the start of the new update, going to be working on this major update in chunks to get more player input. Also I'm working slower in general so I'd prefer to keep content flowing, even if there's not as much.

-Early Venice mission tree completed: 12 custom missions, about 1/3rd of their planned missions
-Tarkhafaris mercenaries upon fall of Tarkhaganate before 1600
-Shadow Kingdom incident for non-Germanic countries in Gaul (French region)

-Can now form Akitaine as Gurrea & Gallia as any Gallien country

MINOR/BUGFIX
-Added custom monarch and government names for Corsica (other Islamic pirate republics, should they form, will use them too)
-Changed Q'a Num 5th holy site to Mecca (I was wondering why the 5th holy site description was still Christian lol)
-Added decisions to form the Citerior (Aybireans, Iberians, and Gurreans), Almoravids (Toledo and Cordoba if dynasty maintained), and Aybirea (Aybireans :0 also Mutawasiti).
-Rework of some more religious conversion events I discovered that were probably causing trouble
-Added religious and merchant estates for Mamluk Slavers.
-Nerfed Q'a Num religious school bonuses and provincial zeal.
