+ if you hit the player you can cancel into strongs

N and F special:
+ Got rid of the 10 frame cooldown

Dspecial:
- 5 extra frames before healing
+ descreased start-up by 2 frames
+ Added a tiny shine hit. (Like i originally planned)
+ Tiny shine hit does a bit of hitstun
* The shine is way more balanced than the first time i did it.
* It only does one damage and sends the oppoent away like a wind box

Utilt:
+ Increased the range of the move

Rune K:
+ Increased the knockback of the move

* Might revert later but, I just wanted to see

> Changed it so it had 3 windows instead of 2
- end-lag slightly increased (11 > 15 frames)
+ Base knockback increased (6 > 7)
+ hitbox lifetime (9 > 10)

Dspecial:

- Soft armor will not rengerate unless it's under 5

* The jump felt to low for the character.
+ Run speed (4.5 > 4.7)

> Changed the offset of walk
> Made the run animation slightly slower to make it look like she is at the speed
* She ran a bit too slow for her pace

Uair:

- Healing is slower (45% > 60%)
* It's less broken in the endless runes.
* I felt her healing went a bit too fast so i nerfed it a bit

- weight [in the air] (1.06 > 1.08)
+ jump slightly increased
* Her fall speed is already pretty low so i've slightly increased it

- Removed Up taunt and down taunt moves when you aren't in Sirnight mode
* They weren't necessary for the character

* Gardevoir's jump height couldn't even do a dunk in basketball but now she can.
Walljump end frames connects better with idle fall

Taunt:
It is slightly slower
* It's 60 frames instead of 40

Extra 1 (Standing attack [Attack + Special])
- Soft armor (14 > 6)
- Dress hitbox now has no hitstun
- Dress Damage (6 > 2)
- Head hitbox changed to be more around her chest area
+ Move cooldown (280 > 180)
* This move was suppose to be impractical
* Also useless fact the chest piece has hitstun and does more damage than the dress

Dair:
- Removed the attack cancel when you hit a character
+ Endlag (12 > 10) (18 > 15 whiffed)
- Outer Angle (318 > 350)
- Inner hitbox Angle (318 > 30)
- Damage decreased
- Outer hitbox does less hitstun (1.1 > 1)
* This made no sense for a character to have one move be cancel-able when you hit it but none of the other moves
> Redesigned the move because fair should be more of a spike

Ustrong:
- Removed attack/jump cancel when you hit the move
