- Restricted techs that can be acquired with the use of a techproof to the ones that actually have all its research requirements met (suggested by afterthought.btw).
- Fixed documenting task on the Network Terminal not clearing the pawn's assignment when completed (reported by tophd7).

Version 0.33

Improvements:
- Added new late game buildings: the network server and the network terminal, improved versions for the book shelf and study desks, respectively. The terminal adds the ability to scan books. Also, documenting there will transfer knowledge directly to the server, no books required!
- Added hard drives to replace books from the Space age and beyond that can be bought or earned as rewards. They can only be stored using the network terminal with an available server.
- Added specific informations to the weapons info window: its associated technology, its availability to be learned and if it needs training at all.
- The recipe filters are re-enabled for all recipes, so if you want to limit what kind of knowledge your pawns will have access to, you can.
- The Research Tree will now display a marker beside known techs to indicate whether they're stored in book or digital forms.
- Improved performance on various tasks.
- Improved information report entries when using the development mode verbose logging.

Changes:
- Documenting and studying books on the study desk now restricted to technologies of level industrial or below. Above this, use the new Network Terminal.
- Experimenting with unknown weapons on the training dummy and target stand will now require melee and shooting skills, respectively, instead of intellectual. Also, the test difficulty will take into account the pawn's own techlevel, instead of his faction's.
- The target stand now checks if the shooting range is actually free of obstacles.
- Learning new techs now takes into consideratoin a pawn's global learning factor, meaning it will be affected by traits such as "Fast Learner".

Fixes:
- Fixed checking for a pawn's knowledge before doing repairs.
- Fixed fire-proof Target Stand. (reported by Miyuri)
- Fixed issues where pawns would have trouble finding a weapons to train when there were untrainable weapons selected on the bill. (reported by Miyuri)
- Fixed error when drafting a pawn before he reached the weapon to train with.
- Fixed calculation for how many spots a baby shoud get for technologies when playing with mods that use non-vanilla life stages. (reported by DarkSlayerEx).
