Version 0.7

- Changed the scope for initial extra weapon proficiences awarded to the player's expert shooters and brawlers when they are generated. Now they get only those weapons included on the scenario. But also there's a new settings option for that, and the old scope (full weapon list from the faction tech level) is still available there, as well as an option to consider both weapon sets.
- Fixed right-click menu absence on unknown weapons (reported by Ecu & MinibossConvention, fix by MinerSebas, many thanks!!).
- Fixed possibility for unfinished books being stored on the bookshelf (reported by Ecu).
- Fixed pawns being able to document techs which they only started studying themselves (reported by Prop & Captain Cookie).
