Fixed a bug that would cause the firing animations to play when having no ammo in the magazine and in reserve (Singleplayer)
Fixed the jackhammer being affected by dynamic spread

Fixed a bug with the Double barreled not playing a firing animation on secondary attack
Fixed a bug with the sticky grenade exploding a lot more times than intended while causing Lua errors

Fixed a bug that causes the fire animation to not play when firing the last bullet in singleplayer

Features:
Previously a few scopes have been removed from weapons as they were rendered with bad code. With the recently newly added grenade base the techology to do it efficiently exists so I've gone ahead and re-added them.
- The AAC Honey Badger has a scope again and can make use of it with improved accuracy while scoping
- The KAC PDW has a scope again
- The Milkor Mk1 has a scope again
- The FN P90 has a scope now. The Legacy M9k version did not have one

Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug with bolt-action sniper rifles restoring the zoom while reloading. This happened when reloading the sniper rifle while the player was cycling a new bullet
Weapons using the ACOG or Aimpoint scopes can no longer zoom in multiple times. These scopes do not have a zoom functionality. These weapons include:
- AUG A3
- AAC Honey Badger (New)
- M16A4 ACOG
- L85
- L85 (Admin)
- F2000
- SL8
- MP7

Optimizations:
Removed SpreadZoomed variable from the Thompson Contender G2 as it was the exact same as in the base
Removed 'OurClass' definitions and replaced them with self.ClassName as it is exactly the same

Fixed a bug with the Knife, Machete, and Harpoon being able to be kept after having thrown the last as well as fixing their undraw logic. They should now be 'invisible' when throwing instead of duplicating (One in the air and another in the hands)

New Features:
Drastic changes to the viewmodel swaying have been made to make it so that there is barely any sway while aiming down the sights and thus ironsights have become WAY more useable!
Changed the way spread through moving is handled. The new method allows modders and pack creators to assign a variable to their weapon class to disable this feature if desired

Bugfixes:
Fixed the absurd ironsight of the AAC Honey Badger. The player now holds the gun a tiny bit further away from their face so the lever doesn't stick in their face!
Fixed muzzleflash effect playing even when scoped in
Fixed a bug with shotguns when using ironsights and forcing a reload through CanPrimaryAttack (Trying to fire while magazine is empty), going out of prediction and causing the ironsights to be stuck on the client until they are re-used
Fixed duplicate $basematerial error regarding t_phoenix material
Fixed an error that would occur when a weapon is missing a required attachment

New Features:
Added a new base that handles weapons that should be unavailable under certain circumstances. Useful for extensions / weapon packs
- This is especially useful for modders

Bugfixes:
Fixed rare error that would occur when spawning and equipping a meteors_grenade_base_model weapon such as the Frag Grenade
Fixed explosions and other M9k effects displaying an ERROR model for one tick
Fixed various issues regarding EffectData() and DamageInfo()
Fixed effects sometimes being much larger than intended

Optimizations:
Removed unused variables from some entity classes
Heavily optimized all Lua based effects by removing unused variables that get defined for each particle created!

Fixed a bug that would cause NPCs to receive all kinds of different damagetypes which includes being able to set zombies on fire with a knife
