Merger from test patch

Trying a vastly simplified gameplay

FStrong:
- No longer goes off ledge
- Can no longer move in endlag if was parried

UTilt:
- Removed hit2&3
- Endlag reduced 16->8
- KBS reduced 0.35->0.2

FSpecial:
- Can no longer hold parry to ignore stage/projectiles
- Can hold parry/special to ignore stage
- Can no longer grab firecrackers, instead cracker boosting is the default behaviour
- Dthrow KBS reduced 0.5->0.2
- Hsp on startup increased 6->9
- Hitpause after grabbing firecracker reduced from 6->2
- Startup reduced by 3 frames
- Reduced friction of grounded version
- Hitpause when grabbing stage reduced from 2 to 1
- Gravity during startup reduced from 1 to .2
- Grab hsp moved later in the move to cover more of the stage
- Added a slight vsp jump to up grab when aerial
- Hitbox on neutral grab lowered to more reliably hit shorter characters
- Down-angled aerial version now has added fall speed
- hsp and vsp set to 0 while grabbing
- Remove hold-back to slow down
- Restores double jump on grab with player or firecracker

USpecial:
- Can hold parry/special to ignore stage
- Startup reduced 12->10
- vsp increased 10->12
- Final hit KBS reduced 0.3->0.1
- Endlag reduced 12->6
- Vsp height gain increased from 12 to 14

DStrong:
- Hit lockout removed
- Width increased 134->145

NSpecial:
- Z-drops no longer ignore platforms
- Firecracker angling clamped at 10 degree increments
- Added aerial default throw angle; set to 70
- Bounces will now always be at the same height
- When canceled from grounded dspecial, will fall through platforms until projectile is thrown
- No longer refreshed on hit when aerial

DSpecial:
- Big flip from holding special removed
- Hsp increased 10.5->12
- Aerials, Fspecial and Uspecial now fall through platforms until the attack hits or ends

DSpecial (air):
- Can now be cancelled with aerials during the same window it can be canceled with specials

UAir:
- Doublejump cancel removed
- Switched hit1 angle flipper from 7 to 9
- Increased the size of hit2
- Hit1 Base knockback reduced 4->3
- Hit2 Knockback scaling increased 0.85->0.9

UStrong:
- KBS changed 1.1->1.2

Misc:
- wave_land_adj increased 1.2->1.35
- Fastfall speed increased 15->16

Patch Release 1.34

Merger from test patch

NSpecial:
- Cooldown increased to 60 frames
- Throwing a firecracker will work with another onscreen, but it will destroy any firecrackers currently onscreen
- Angle flipper changed to 2
- Is now untechable
- Now bounced at a standardized bounced speed on the first bounce instead of the second
- Tapping parry during any grab move will now prevent projectiles from being grabbed for the duration of the move
- Lifetime increased from 200 to 220
- Standerdized bounce speed increased from -8 to -10
- No longer explodes when offscreen
- Now loses half of it's hsp when bouncing off a wall
- Min vsp increased to -5 from -1
- Gravity reduced from 0.6 to 0.55

USpecial:
- Now resets enemy grab cooldown when a move that isn't uspecial is used
- Vsp on whiff increased from 9 to 10
- Startup increased from 10 to 12
- Hitbox lifetime extended to cover each frame when the tail is extended
- Vsp gained on hit increased from 14 to 15
- Base knockback on final hit increased from 10.5 to 11.5
- Slightly increased projectile grab radius to grab projectiles on platform at top bounce height
- Stage grab hitpause reduced from 6 to 2
- Increased the amount of time after a projectile grab that the projectiles falls through platforms
- Added a small scoop hitbox at the start of the move to help grab players

FStrong:
- Gravity reduced to 0.5 during startup
- Added increased inverse disjoing on the initial hit

Utilt:
- Added back the small pop-up hitbox extending slightly behind the move

Uair:
- Hit1 hitstun mult increased to 1.2 to combo into ustrong better
- Knockback scaling removed from hit1
- Can cancel into a double jump between hit1 and hit2

DTilt:
- Added a small pop-up hitbox to the back of the move

FSpecial:
- Boost endlag reduced from 14 to 8
- Up angled fspec now grants more vsp and less hsp when grabbing stage & projectiles
- Stage grab hitpause reduced from 3 to 2

DSpecial (ground):
- Canceling dspecial with double jump now halves current hsp, but keeps high vsp
- Added a 1.2x jump speed multiplier to double jump cancel

DSpecial (air):
- Startup reduced from 11 to 9
- Can now be canceled 10 frames into the move, down from 12
- Added increased inverse disjoint for projectile grab hitbox to make shorthop dpsecial stomps on firecrackers more consistent

UStrong:
- Added some inverse disjoint to the initial hit

Bair:
- Hitboxes extended slightly lower
- Hit1 is now untechable

Misc:
- Max fall speed reduced from 8 to 7.5
- Pratfall acceleration increased from 0.7 to 0.85
- Walk accel increased from 0.2 to 0.35
