Nspecial:
- Replaced gravity reduction with fall speed cap
- Fixed a bug where normal toss would sometimes bounce of platforms

Ftilt:
- Smoothed out reverse hsp

Dstrong:
- Active frames reduced from 8 to 4
- Startup reduced from 8 to 6
- Damage lowered from 11 to 10
- Height slightly lowered

Uair:
- Knockback scaling increased from .75 to .77
Benchmark was killing zetterburn at 100% from the top platform in training mode

UStrong:
- Endlag increased from 25 to 26
- Knockback scaling increased from 1.1 to 1.13

UStrong:
- Knockback scaling reduced from 1.2 to 1.1

Uair:
- Knockback scaling reduced from .85 to .75

Nspecial:
- Gravity during startup reduced from .6 to .3

Uspecial:
- Slightly reduced the hsp gained on grab
- Removed the cancel into dspecial
- Angle of finisher changed from 75 to 83

Fspecial:
- Slighly reduced the distance of angled grabs
- Fixed a bug where the hitbox was not properly aligned with the center of the tail

Dspecial (ground):
- Added the ability to slightly drift forward

Dspecial (air):
- Removed the 1/airtime limit
Kind of redundant after the changes to make cancelling much later

Ftilt:
- Reversed the hsp direction on whiff

Fstrong:
- Endlag can be walljump-cancelled
- Slightly reduced aerial friction
- Slightly reduced active frame gravity
- Slightly increased DACFC distance

Dattack:
- Endlag can be walljump-cancelled

- Lowered the hitbox to the ground
- Rebalanced to match forsburn frame data

- Fixed a bug where grabbed firecrackers were not becoming transcendent
- Fixed a bug where sometimes firecrackers would interact with platforms incorrectly on the first frame thrown
- Added new animations for bunting

Fspecial:
- Fixed a bug where grabbing platforms sometimes didn't take you off ledges
- Increased crackerboost distance

- Parried firecrackers now have longer hitstun and are trancendent
- Grabbed firecrackers now do 3 more damage
- Reduced the radius of the breaking hitbox
- Fixed a bug where sometimes normal throws would bounce off platforms

- Increased hitbox vertical height for more consistancy against short opponents

Patch Release 1.17

Misc:
- Fixed a bug where munophone code would cause lag in multiplayer

Nspecial:
- The hitbox for parrying/destroying the projectile is now much larger than the projectile hitbox
- Decreased the delay between getting hit and exploding
- Increased the delay between explosions
- Getting hit with singles is now much easier to tech out of and lasts less long, while doubles/triples leave you open a little longer
- Fixed a bug where the move cooldown on parry was getting reset

Dair:
- Fixed some weird drift modifiers I didn't know were in there
