- Added a MULTI_SHOT_ABILITIES config line to XComLW_Overhaul.ini in the Custodian Pack folder for the Metion Burst Fire ability, which will prevent it from impacting the game's performance in LWOTC. This config variable is from an experimental LWOTC build and hasn't been added to the version on Nexus mods yet.

- Added the missing RIPPLEROUNDS_DMGMOD variable to XComMutonHarrier.ini, which tells the Ripple Rounds how much upfront bonus Psionic damage to add to a shot. It's set to 2 by default.

- Soul Steal now has Soulfire as a prerequisite ability, preventing Soul Steal from being rolled in the Psion training tubes unless the Psion in question actually has Soulfire to make use of Soul Steal. This change won't have any tangible effect on those using LWOTC's default Psi Operatives, so it is hardcoded via OPTC.

- The Beam Sweep ability (used by enemy Muton Beleaguer Captains as well as playable Muton Beleaguers if they acquire it at MSGT rank) can no longer be used while burning or disoriented.

- The Volatile Mix perk (LWOTC's version that adds +1 radius to grenades) now also works with Iridar's Rocket Launchers.

- The Spectral Frost Zombies' Flail attack now has a hardcoded range limit of 1.5 tiles (allowing it to attack any of the 8 panels around its position, same as the range for most melee attacks in the game).

- Mirrored the Frost Bomber melee animation fix from Playable Aliens over to Mod Jam, for the enemy Frost Bombers. This replaces their janky old melee animation with the vanilla Muton one. I highly recommend using Iridar's Bayonets mods as well for the best visualization.

- Mod Jam no longer messes with Ballistic Shields' stats. I leave that up to Lago's Shield Rework mod instead.

- Removed "shield" secondary weapon category from SPARKs and all MEC Trooper classes. They get their own category of shield instead which is called "spark_shield" added to them by Musashi's Ballistic Shields mod.

- Frost Technicians can no longer spawn as reinforcements from dropships. This change was necessary as when they spawned from a dropship, their GREMLIN did not show up with them which could cause crash bugs.

- Boundir's Choose Your Aliens mod has been added to the Required Items section for Mod Jam. If you don't run Frost Legion you don't technically need it right now, but there's no harm in just having it. It doesn't do anything without configurations anyway.

- Added an XComDisableAliens.ini file to Mod Jam's Frost Legion folder. It is being used to temporarily disable specific Frost Legion enemies that Mod Jam users have reported bugs with-- specifically, the kinds of bugs that I have no reasonable means to fix on my own. I've left notes in the file detailing the bugs in question. The temporarily disabled enemies include:

  • All types/tiers of Frost Chryssalids
  • All tiers of Frost Bruisers
  • All tiers of Frost Shield Droids
  • Frost Andromedons
