Ark Omega V2.5a Patch Notes:

**Dinos:**
-Unique Dimensionals do not drain stamina to toggle their ability.
-Unique Absorbents have 50% increased protection radius.
-You can now ancient non-group variants (the exact same way you ancient group variants).
-Unique Dinos are 10x as likely to drop a Paragon Soul when killed (1 in 100).
-Elemental Storms summoned by uniques are no longer god-sized, but now tick twice as fast.
-Resource variants on unique dinos no longer have elemental weaknesses.
-Zodiac variant no longer shows as Utility in the spyglass.
-Summoner Minions no longer have the Necromancer's passive revive.
-Summoner God and Anima familiar minions now spawn at server max level.

-Full remap of resource shards for exponentially greater control on which static mesh you see, with a 99% reduction in hit to server performance.
-Aprhodite breeding buff fixed.
-Fixed issues with the KO tag not being added to tameable bosses for Awesome Spyglass.
-Alpha Leeds no longer needs saddle armor equipped to ride.
-Fixed another bug allowing Anti-matter dinos to be protected by Absorbents when trying to kill themselves hitting a god.
-Increased stamina recovery on Archaeopteryx by 400%
-Lymantria spores now deal Earth damage on impact, and scale damage based on the melee stat.
-Ark Omega pegos/ichthys now have a 100% chance to drop their feet for necklace crafts, up from 40%.
-Resource variant LAND DINOS ONLY ignore water and can walk on the ocean floor. Are unable to swim.
-You can now shoot off the back of a Lystro.
-The necromancer ability no longer makes immortal minions if it fails to find their original variant.
-Improved the way Resource variants are handled on the client side when rendering them in.
-Improved the way Elemental variants are handled on the client side when rendering them in.
-Dramatically increased Elemental variant's target detection systems that make them shoot elemental balls every X seconds.
-Removed the tick trace on unridden teleporter dinos for server performance increase.
-All Unique Breeding Variants now only provide 1 minute boost per egg consumed.
-DodoRex bite can now destroy trees and harvest corpses.
-Controllers have 75% Damage Reduction for 5 seconds while taunting.
-Shadowmane hydration buff now triggers Reactive.
-Unstable group variant updated to use location detection for Reactive instead of submerged detection, which doesn't work on dinos that ignore water.

**Bosses:**
-Bosses now passively regen 0.055% health per second to as part of an overall boss rescaling effort to compensate for the new additions (Alphas, more chests, etc).
-Beacon Dodo Wyvern physics asset changed.
-Only one XP potion at a time can drop from the beacon boss loot pools.
-Boss hit cap doubled, can now do 20% of boss max health per hit up from 10%.

**Structures: **
-Void Vacuum can now pick up dynamic souls dropped on the ground.
-Unique Totem now uses the Paragon skin.
-Replaced the Carrots on the Fruit Seeder with Plant Species Z seeds to reduce file size.

**Items: **
-Suicide potions are now instant-crafts.
-Rebalanced and fixed issues with the Unique Saddle Infestation.
-Fixed the Unique Calico saddle issues that caused it to not work properly.
-Fixed an issue with the name on Unique Group God Souls not displaying correctly.
-Fixed a bug allowing Token Of The Fallen God to now be fed to group variants.
-Rerolling set items and charms now shows the amount required if you don't have enough in the upgrade bench.
-Crafted sets, uniques, or charms will not give fragments in the Item Fragmentor.
-Crafted unique saddles are now reverted to vanilla when trying to equip them to dinos.
-Fixed issues with the newly crafted Unique God Token not being usable in the God Egg.
-System added to retroactively update Unique Saddle descriptions when they are equipped on a dino to show changes to their bonuses.
-Unique saddles can now be re-rolled in the Omega Upgrade Bench using Unique Fragments.
-Early game lucky weapon added: Fortune.
-Mid game lucky weapon added: Wabbajack
-Toy Soldier problems fixed when equipped on a server.
-Paragon Souls effect on Loot Chest unlock cost increased by 50%, and rarity of adding a Paragon increases each time one is selected for the chest.
-Paragon Souls can no longer spawn in Basic/Beta essence chests.
-Reduced the number of Soul shards that spawn per roll in loot chests.
-Increased the number of group souls that spawn in loot chests, with lower tier essence spawning more souls per roll.
-Unstable Laxative Added. Forces you to poop rapidly for 1 minute, but drains lots of health. Can be fed to dinos.
-Unstable Water/Steak no longer spawn untamed Craptors. Instead, the unstable poops buff will very slowly increase torpor but also potentially fear enemies.
-Vacuum Grenades no longer require the engram to be learned in order to throw them.
-Loot chest weighting system issues corrected.
-Tameable Boss token crafting costs increased back to 100 soul shards.
-Wake up potions added to loot pools.
-Elemental Resistance Potion reduced to 75% effectiveness and now only last for 60 seconds.
-Kaleidoscope now does 300% damage when thrown down from 500%.
-Alpha Raptor Dart removed (obviously no longer needed).
-Fixed an issue with Tempest healing for you for the full fire damage taken and not just 5% of it.
-Fixed a few issues with applying day/night bonuses on the Eclipse set.
-Fixed an issue allowing the Piper set to apply its minion boosting AoE buff to non-minion tames, even though it had no effect on them.
-Fixed a crash related to hitting a dino with Inversion while it is protected by another absorbent bubble.
-Dino Beer added. Craftable in Craptivator.
-Hold My Beer unique Chalico saddles melee damage multiplier increased from 200% to 300% and now prevents damage impulse.
-Can no longer blueprint Saddle Armor or Pygmy Armor if it Unique or has imbues.
-Chromatic Boomerang is no longer always detected as a Unique Weapon.
-Changed Texture on Boomstick to decrease mod file size.
-Changed mesh on Outburst to save mod file size.
-The saddle check function no longer runs on a timer to detect changes to the saddle equipped, for server performance.
-The Unique Reflect Shield will now drop pre-imbued.

**Other: **
-Fixed the infinite-stats exploit on players using items with stat imbues and mind-wipe potions.
-Newbie Buff now causes Players to gain double experience for its duration.
-Fixed issues with ZC creatures not spawning in the beacon and their souls now spawning in loot chests.
-Zytharian Critters paragon souls can now be used to create unique rank up tokens.
-Zytharian Critters Unique God Tokens can now be used in the god egg.
-Full Zytharian Critters Integration into the dynamic system, no separate conditions needed.
-Zytharian Critters Materials added to the Unique dino material system.
-Fresh new spawn system, should reduce spawn lag by over 75%.
---Vanilla dinos are destroyed before initializing, reducing all of the CPU/Memory usage associated with setting them up.
---Dinos temporarily stopped from replacing Aberrant and X dinos to prevent overspawning issues.
---Vanilla Pego/Ichthys no longer have their feet items added to their loot pools when spawning to prevent unnecessary pauses in the spawn system.
---The spawn system no longer prevents replacing Baby dinos.
-Cleaned up some paths in the dynamic system so that certain edits are no longer being done to tamed dinos.
-Fixed multiple spawning issues with loot chests along with several exploits.

Ark Omega V2.4b Hotfix:
-Switched to a new system on Pygmy dinos to prevent consistent lag issues every 5 seconds.
-Wild Pygmys that are not boss or gods no longer get pack bonus to greatly improve server performance.
-Slowed the Pygmy AoE check to every 10 seconds from 5.
-Boss souls are working again in the beacon.
-Tameable bosses can no longer be summoned from the beacon above base tier.
-Beacon bosses now get the hit cap and drop element again.
-Alpha Reaper kings will no longer destroy themselves if they bury during the daytime.

**Dinos: **
-Titanoboa is now KO tame.
-Siren on Mythical group variant no longer effects unallied tames.
-Sound attenuation settings added to Waterstorm and Windstorm variants so they can't be heard from anywhere in render.
-Liopleurodon given Plesiosaur food types so it will eat when tamed.
-Unique Mosasaur name "Fragment" now properly displays.
-Fixed a bug preventing Zytharian Critter's unique dinos from having their name displayed.
-Dodo Wyvern TPV offset moved out further and lowered.
-Frenzy particle on Bloodlust relocated slightly behind the head to keep it out of the camera view.
-"Consume All Eggs" button added to the inventory of Breeding and Utility variants to force them to eat all eggs.
-Utility group variant no longer loses its mating boost timer on server restarts.

-Voidwyrm base breath damage reduced by 90%, but it also now scales with melee. Stamina Cost now scales with Tier and Paragon.

-Edited Deathworms to have much less base health, but scale much better per level.
-Defense Units can now wear saddle armor.
-All Elemental (Ball) variants on unique dinos now have no cooldown and reduced stamina cost.
-Unique Craptor added. 1 in 100 chance to spawn when birthing a Craptor. Gets 2 completely random variants (any).
-Fixed an issue with Group variants almost always laying Elemental Eggs.
-Craptor Health/Damage is now 50% more than a Raptors.
-Unique Tropeognathus "Harpy" Is now Boogeyman/Essence. Current ones will not be changed.
-Unique Plesiosaur "Nautilus" is now Dimensional/Tracker. Current ones will not be changed.

**Bosses: **
-Death harvesting component on Beacon DodoRex and DodoWyvern updated to use the Tek harvesting component instead of giving meat/hide.
-All beacon bosses are now able to get Paragon levels when needed.
-Fixed multiple potential shard-looping problems with Resource God and Indestructus, and added a 0.5s sharding cooldown.
-DodoRex and DodoWyvern beacon bosses now count towards tameable boss rank up quests.
-Fixed a bug preventing Rage, Guardian, and Unstable gods from spawning as tiers above basic.
**Items: **
-Fixed a drop chance issue with Toy Soldier unique Pygmy saddle not dropping.
-Slightly lightened the color of the Elemental souls to make them more yellow and less gold.
-Added Lucky Souls that work just like any other group soul and are dropped when killing Lucky variants. Can be used in the beacon.
-Boss/God soul main meshes replaced with Spheres to keep them from flipping upside down and displaying the particle under the mesh.
-Nameless paragon souls now grind for paragon shards and will spawn in loot chests and from the Paragon Monster.
-Quantum Entanglement no longer KOs players when doing AoE damage.
-Paragon souls now have Paragon in the name to make it easier to search/sort.
-Fixed issues with the Ichthy Necklace Engram file that was preventing it from being craftable.
-Fixed initialization issues on Paragon souls and unique rank up tokens that would cause issues with their names and description.
-Fixed various bugs with the Reflect shield being unlinked from certain things.
-Added Thieves Pendant. A necklace crafted with Icthy/Pego necklaces that works as a skin on Offhand slots (shields, charms, etc).

**Structures: **
-Omega Item Fragmentor added, breaks down unique and set items, and magic charms into fragments that can be used to reroll imbues.
-Craptivator structure added. Toilet like structure that can be used to craft a Mud Cake that impregnates you with a tamed baby Craptor.
-Full loot chest rework.
---Instead of being filled with items and then a cost determined, the Essence type is chosen first, and then a pool of items afterwards.
---Lower tier essence chests are more common than higher tier chests.
---Number of Loot Chests that can spawn on the map increased by 100%.
---Loot Chests now automatically despawn after 3 days, preventing the map from being filled with ones hidden in the mesh.
---Underwater Loot Chests can now potentially have up to 100% additional loot, up from 50%.
---Rarity reduced by 50% on everything except normal group souls.
---Rarity increased by 100% on Omega/Boss souls to prevent them from spamming in the chests.
---All changes apply to Hoarder chests!
-Hoarder Chests added. Loot chest has a 1% chance to become a Hoarder Chest, requiring every normal essence (Basic-Omega).
---Hoarder Chests contain items from each loot pool, along with 1 charm, and a guaranteed early-game set armor and unique weapon.
---Hoarder Chests despawn after 24 hours.

**Other: **
-Fixed an issue with the rank/DR indicator not working in no-tame.
-Hid the player ranks tab from the guide when not in no-tame mode.
-Fixed an issue with flat damage reduction on imbues not blocking debuffs caused by damage (Psychosis, etc).

-DodoRex and DodoWyvern beacon bosses now drop boss souls.

-Dinos will no longer reward dynamic drops if killed while knocked out.
-Removed unique dino spawn modifiers so that they are always 1-in-500 on No-Tame.
-Kaleidoscope damage multiplier is now 300% instead of 500% (retroactive description updates on uniques coming later).
-Base throw damage on Chromatic Boomerang increased from 90 to 120.
-Random variant and Summoner variant's Random ability can no longer spawn bosses, titans, or beacon bosses.
-Bloodbath bleed effect now lasts 10 seconds instead of 15, and deals 50% damage as bleed instead of 100%.
-The Player Ranks tab on the guide now shows the number of kills remaining to unlock the next tier instead of the current number of kills (No-Tame Only).
-Reduced the size of the Frenzy particle on the bloodlust set and moved it slightly behind the player to prevent it from blocking first person view.

**Dinos:**
-Dinos killed by singularity will now drop their inventory in loot bags.
-Tamed phoenix dinos that are killed will now drop their loot in a loot bag when the corpse is destroyed for resurrection.
-All minions will now drop whatever loot they've managed to collect in loot bags when despawning.
-Dodowyvern rotation rate doubled.
-DodoRex base health amount reduced by 4%
-Megapithecus base health amount increased by 9%.
-Dodo Wyvern base health amount increased by 16%.
-Absorbent Dinos and Debuffed Absorbents (Inversion) are now immune to the Protected buff to prevent infinite loop situations with 2 Absorbents.
-Absorbent no longer absorbs damage the returns no valid damage causer or instigator to prevent Anti-Matter self-kills from being blocked by Absorbent.
-Earth damage's debuff no longer drains food or health in small amounts that could prevent item drops.
-Added a condition for buff immune vanilla creatures (Coels, etc) to prevent them from being revived by Necromancers and becoming permanent.
-Featherlight is now piggybacked in on Pteranodon.
-The Unique Bronto "Mother" is now Pygmy/Breeding.
-The Unique Phiomia "Slimer" now has a custom green ghost skin.
-Doubled Flying speed of Ants when ridden.
-The On-Fire debuff now automatically scales to 25% of the fire damage that caused it.
-Minions and revived Phoenix creatures can no longer drop sets/uniques/charms.
-Achatina now eats berries when tamed.
-Tweaked rider position on Colossus Kentro.
-Breeding dinos now provide a boost to Baby growth rate, increasing it by 50% per dino tier.
-Unique Bronto "Mother" provides a boosted version of the baby growth rate increase on Breeding, at 50% per tier starting at 350% and going up.
-Beacon spawned Omegas and Minion Omegas will no longer unlock mid-game weapon engrams.
-Defense Units can now sprint, and roll while doing so.
-Natural armor removed from Shadowmanes, and the ability to equip Saddle Armor added.
-Heatwave particle added to Ancient tier tames.
-Resource variants are now weak to Shatter the same way they are the Multi-Tool.
-Resource variants now have elemental weakness to children of their weakness type (like tick damages and weapon damages).
-Can no longer unclaim the Craptor.
-Shadowmanes no longer cause a bleeding debuff with their charge attack. Instead of cause a slow debuff.
-Defense Units now eat Raw Meat.
-Lystros can be ridden in the water.
-Greatly reduced the amount of food drain required to make an Achatina eat kibble.
-Tracker Cooldown reduced to 30s and stamina cost increased to 70%.
-Godlike Trackers now show the name of the Unique they have found.
-Leech, Lamprey, and Glowbug's can now mate.
-Fixed an issue causing Achatina to Gestate.
-Deinonychus can no longer latch onto most enemies.
-Cannibal, Vapor, and Fuel unique dinos no longer have a cooldown on their elemental ball attacks.
-Utility group variant herbivores now deal torpor.
-Fixed some issues with various Zytharian Critter references failing.
-Reduced attached particle effect size on the DodoRex by 70%.
-Attacking a Loot variant dino now forces all wild dinos to aggro against you, similar to other Lucky variants.
-Uniques with Soul/Essence variants can now be tamed.
-Unique dinos are now 10x as likely to drop dynamic items.
-Wild Group Variants are now 10x as likely to drop dynamic items (no-tame mode only).
**Items:**
-Durability system is now handled post-mitigation for better reliability.
-Post-mitigation damage must now be more than 1% of your maximum health to remove armor durability (With 1000 health, you must take more than 10 dmg, etc)
-Vanilla dinos will no longer remove durability.
-Fixed a bug with primitive items imbued with "Armor Bonus When Equipped" not working due to multiplying by a quality value of 0.
-Reparented the Boomstick's damage type from Stone Weapon to Metal Weapon, effectively increasing its damage by 50%.
-Clamped all Max Stat changes in the imbue system to a minimum value of 100 to prevent them from giving you a max of any stat below 100.
-Increased affix value rolls on Set armor and Unique saddles to be weighted towards having more potential imbues based on quality.
-Durability loss is now clamped to a maximum of 1 durability per 10% of health lost post mitigation. An Omega that hits you for 20% will remove 2 and not 6 durability.
-Reduced Stone Sickle Damage by 50%, but increased its gathering rates by 100%.
-Removed the random chance to break from the Stone Sickle, and Reduced the durability used per hit by 80%.
-Stone Sickle can now gather berries.
-Doubled Melee Damage on the Ethereal Spear.
-Set Armor, Unique Weapon, and Charm drop rates are now effected by the species of dino killed. For Example: A Giga has a 10x chance to drop one. (No-Tame only).
-Undead sword base damage reduced from 1100 to 900.
-Doubled Stamina drain on Stormbringer.
-Fixed an issue where Stormbringer could stay active even when out of stamina if you had enough regen.
-Weight values are recalculated each time equipment is added now, to make sure you don't get stuck in a false encumbered situation.
-Fortitude potion added. Crafted with a Nature Soul, some essence, and 1 Crystal, it makes you near-immune to the elements for 15 minutes.
-Reflect Shield can now have quality levels (mainly for imbue effectiveness).
-Mid-Game weapon engrams are now only given to the player who scores the kill.
-Fixed a bug that prevented the Cloner Staff from being equipped until Gravitron was also unlocked.
-The Hades Nova spawned by something killed by Burning Idol now belongs to the player that made the kill, giving them credit for the damage.
-Paragon Souls now show how many shards they will give in the Soul Grinder.
-Damage Reduction % on player armor is now calculated separate from other resistances/imbues, increasing the potential overall damage reduction.
-Malice attack damage doubled from 60 to 120.
-Rampage on the Bloodlust set now takes 10 seconds to start decaying instead of 3, and only decays 1% per second.
-Slightly slowed the projectile spawn rate on Kaleidoscope from 5 projectiles per second to 4.

**Dinos: **
-Max paragon level increased to 30.
-Greatly reduced the particle effect density and camera shake on fireball and meteor explosions for improved performance.
-Cut the opacity of most storms in half (or more) to make it easier to see through them.
-Reworked Thunderstorm to both cause less server lag, and be more reliable on damage dealt.
-Doubled Pygmy Spawn Rate.
-Saddle Slot added to Yeti.
-Fixed an issue where wild pheonix dinos with lootsets would have no saddle slot if tamed after dying in the wild.
-Added a double-respawn mechanic for tamed phoenix variants to make sure that all of their components are set-up correctly.
-Fixed a bug preventing rider weaponry on the Ethereal Group variant.
-Wild Omega tier Paragons will drop an Omega soul (can be used in the beacon to force a Paragon variant spawn).

-Cloner self-clone cooldown reduced from 30s to 10s.
-Cloner self-clone now creates a dino with the exact same stats, including post tame levels, of the dino that created it.
-All summoner variant minions are now immune to damage for 3 seconds after spawning to prevent despawn from taking immediate damage.
-All of the above summoner variant changes also carry over to the Summoner group variant (and Summoner Group God).
-Zombie minions are also immune to damage for 3 seconds.

**Structures: **
-Beacon no longer says that you need to use X number of souls with a boss soul.
-Soul Grinder can now grind Paragon Souls into Paragon Shards.
-Fixed EBP lag when rendering in beacons on multiplayer.
-Void Vacuum now has an option to withdrawal the inventories of dinos that bump into it (must be enabled in the Vacuum's inventory).
-Placing 100 souls in the Omega Beacon now lets you summon any tier boss you want. Boss Souls can still be ranked up Manually. Omega Souls force base tier.
-Weapon imbues on the Upgrade Bench temporarily halted pending a much needed rework.

**Bosses**:
-Fixed an issue making the Guardian God and Indestructus immune to damage from certain dinos.
-Paragon Monster now drops 4 souls per tier.
-Paragon variant titans and beacon bosses will now drop 1 random paragon soul when killed.
-Titans now Guarantee a set item dropped when killed.
-The Ice God is now an Ice Wyvern.

**Items**:
-Unique God token added to the soul grinder, craft with a paragon soul, paragon shards and soul shards. Summons a Unique God in the God Egg.
-Paragon Token added to the Soul Grinder. Gives a Paragon Omega Soul when crafted, to summon a random Paragon variant from the beacon.
-Item quality range on dynamic drop items increased to allow for better ascendant and Mastercraft quality items.
-Reduced the number of particles in the Soul Scream full set effect by 80%.
-Ripper is now force unequipped if equipped while mounting a dino.
-Gravity Boots, Shadow Cloak, and Void Trousers engram files deleted entirely.
-Doubled the spawn rate of set armors and unique weapons for kills performed on foot.
