* (SWAP) Fixed Nick floating in the air in the outro cutscene.
* (SWAP) Added sacrificial pose for Coach.
* (SWAP) First map meeting in The Passing now functional enough to not interrupt gameplay.

* Added support for Rayman's Survivor Swap (internally named swapped) mutation.
The L4D2 survivors can now be the ones supporting the L4D1 survivors gathering gas cans.
(United We Stand is currently untested, use with caution)
* Added AllowOnAllGamemodes to settings.cfg

* Fixed the Passing first map (C6M1) intro not playing properly.
* Added a small, simplistic conversation with Bill in C6M1.

* Fixed bug in the first map of The Passing where vanilla spawns for Francis and Zoey are left still intact, thus creating the weird situation of merging with another L4D1 survivor or seeing them alive even after they died in The Sacrifice.

* You can now put the sacrificed survivor's primary weapon back in place like vanilla Bill's rifle.
Unlike vanilla Bill's rifle, the ammo count and upgrades will be kept.
(Beware of other weapon spawns, however. If another weapon spawn absorbs the primary, there will no longer be a weapon available to put back in place.)

* Fixed data.cfg being overridden with data from L4D1/2 survivors on maps other than The Sacrifice, like The Passing. Sorry!

* Allowed attempted support for custom altered campaign maps like The Sacrifice - True Ending. To allow custom support, you only need to have the original name of the map as part of the map's name.
However, on those custom maps, instead of immediately writing data just after the generator is restarted, it will only write after the finale music plays.

* Now revives incapacitated players when the Sacrifice is made in order to get their melees, before downing them again.
