    • If a Mousekin has gone without both ears for more than 15 days, they will experience a custom mental break where they run to their bedroom and attempt suicide (by stabbing or drinking poison)
    • The suicide countdown can be disabled in Mod Options

Known issues:
  • Mousekins currently have no head hair
  • Mousekin apparel currently cannot be changed in Prepare Carefully, as the latter mod cannot handle custom bodytypes with race-restricted apparel
  • Issues due to current limitations in the Humanoid Alien Framework:
    • Mousekin world pawns may be generated in non-Mousekin factions, resulting in backstory errors
    • Gender-restricted Mousekin PawnKinds (e.g. Guardeners, Nuns, Priests) may occasionally cause errors if the game tries to spawn them using the wrong gender
  • Vanilla Expanded Framework feature for custom goodwill between NPC factions currently not working; all Mousekin factions have reverted to being neutral with each other

  • Added custom thoughts for eating raw or cooked meat from Mousekins, Humans and other humanlike races
  • Added label for Mousekin bodytype
  • Added mood debuff for Mousekins wearing apparel made from Mousekin fur
  • Added new Doctor PawnKind
  • Added new faith spectrum trait with the following degrees:
    • Apostate: non-believers of Mousekin Church doctrine, with improved construction/repair chance, faster learning and research
    • Pious: faithful believers in Mousekin Church doctrine and an afterlife in the form of The Great Garden, with faster general labor speed, increased mental break and pain shock resistance as well as faster resting time, but has a research speed debuff
    • Devotionist: splinter sect that attempts to follow the spirit of religious teachings rather than the literal word of Mousekin Church doctrine, with increased psychic sensitivity, plant work skill buff and faster resting time, but also has a research speed debuff
    • Inquisitionist: religious zealots, with improved arrest chance, melee combat skill buff and greater social impact, at the cost of psychic dullness and major research speed debuff
    • Mousekins with different faith degrees will like/dislike each other
    • Mousekins with different faith degrees will react differently to having prosthetics or implants
  • Added new race-specific apparel:
    • Settler's Dress (female)
    • Settler's Outfit (male)
  • Added new research project: Mousekin Apparel
  • Added silver, herbal medicine, race apparel and placeholder weapons as starting inventory to Settler and Refugee scenarios
  • Disabled the following traits from spawning in Mousekins:
    • Cannibal (as it applies to eating human meat only)
    • Body Purist (superseded by Mousekin faith spectrum trait)
    • Transhumanist (superseded by Mousekin faith spectrum trait)
    • Night Owl (Mousekins are not nocturnal)
  • Fixed Mousekin tail layering with respect to worn apparel
  • Rebalanced all childhood and adulthood backstory skill gains
  • Rebalanced starting colonist PawnKind spawn chances
