-This update was to try and make the sub easier to run-

1) first off I only removed a few decorations and structure pieces

2) The Shadow casting light count was brought down to 43 from 78

3) and I changed the outside motion detection update interval to 0.85, just trying to make it slower.... hopefully it helps with lag(im not sure it will, more testing is required)
- i may need to remove the outside motion detectors for the map and warning system if they keep affecting performance negatively
