Increased reload times for all ARs and SMGs to 4s from 3s
Increased LMGs to 8s from 6 and 6.5s

Veterancy reduces reload 10% per rank up to 50% faster reload at rank 5.

Tier 1 squad
-Swapped the Enfield rifle with AKS74Us for the soldiers using them.

Discovered the M134 MATV had no ammo, fixed that

Evacuation
-Reduced wave timer to 165, 2 minutes, 45s
-Reduced base cap time from 90 to 80, release time to 60
-Slightly reduced money

Trying to make Evac a little tougher, I made it to easy.

Accuracy changes seem to be in a decent spot now

Hopefully ill be done messing with this thing for awhile.....
