M A J O R M E C H A N I C S

Re-Emerging Factions + Faction based rebellions
- rebels are now always based of a faction from a fitting region
- each major and minor faction can re-emerge through rebellions
- re-emerging factions retain their generals (e.g. Achilles can come back when he re-emerged [if he did not die before])

Vassal System for Horde
- Hordes vassal weakened enemy factions to gain % of their food production
- to vassal a faction, the player needs to weaken the target and raze&enslave the target's capital
- as a vassal regains strength, it will increase the chance of breaking off the Horde faction


M A J O R C H A N G E S

Factions (these serve as a framework for future extensions)
- 12x newly playable factions from both sides of the Trojan war
- new balanced traits for all major playable factions

Battle AI (currently only in AI offensive battles)
- keeps reserves to shield front line units
- reserves protecting front line unit flanks
- manages stamina (walk instead of run if getting tired)

Campaign Balancing
- factions that are at war cannot be confederated anymore

- fixing victory condition bug (due to CA modding tool data) in historic and mythic campaigns
- removed "defeat antagonist" victory condition from all campaigns (since this mechanic is removed/disabled in Agony)

- new faction economies have been balanced around Agony economy
- all unit stats have been balanced around Agony unit stat changes

- weapon damage balance (need to discuss anyway with Kam first)
- regional recruitment options for the two new factions
