  • Reduced Leader Experience Gain bonus from +250% to +150% for the Transcendent Learning ascension perk.
  • Added +2 Leader Cap to the Memorialist civics (removed administrators output bonus).
  • Reduced leader pool from +3 to +2 for the Academy and Aptitude Tradition trees.
  • Increased Unity from Governors from +5 to +10 for the Maintenance Protocols civic.
  • Added Unity from Admirals +10 to the Naval Contractors and Citizen Service civics.

  • Added simple icons to all 21 agendas added by this mod. More interesting icons might be added in the future if I get the motivation or if someone wants to make better icons.
  • Resolved an issue that was causing admirals to gain a bonus level instead of generals for Defense 5.

  • Added the agendas for the 21 tradition trees. Please note that this is an early beta. The agendas are still in testing and they also currently don't have icons. I'll be adding the icons as soon as possible.

Initial update from 3.7.4 to 3.8.3

  • Removed all instances of leader level cap increase and replaced them with other bonuses.
  • There are plans to increase the level cap to 20, rebalance traits, and add new leader traits.
  • Added 3 new research policies using the new modifiers added in 3.8.
  • Added a new orbital bombardment objectives policy to the Malevolence tree using new modifiers added in 3.8.
  • Added a Navigator leader trait that provides -20/40/60 MIA time
  • Numerous changes to existing civics
  • Reduced the leader starting level from +2 to +1 for the Academy 1 tradition.
  • Added new AI weights in tradition_categories for Statecraft and Aptitude to assist the AI with tradition tree selection
  • Note: This update has been released without Agendas for the 21 tradition trees. These are in development and will be added at a later date.
