  • Added/Updated various mod support. CBP not really support in this case, as they re-purpose the AFE as a standard unit, so...
  • Added the option to disable changes to Dido's UA, UU, and UB.
  • Events will no longer fire unless you have the prerequisite Gold.
  • Turning away Xanthippus now rewards a WLTKD in the Capital.
  • Turning away Mago now rewards Production in the Capital.
  • Xanthippus event now states the type of Great General you get if you accept him (as you can get unique GGs from this).
  • "" promotion may now benefit any land unit, but bonus XP from combat reduced to 10% (from 15%). Also removed the erroneous +1 Sight awarded by that promotion.
  • Fixed an issue where 'Tribunal' decision could not be enacted.
  • Tribunal decision now costs Gold instead of Culture to enact, and this does not scale with era.
  • Suffetes decision now requires 2 Magistrates, but the Gold cost reduced to compensate.
  • Suffetes decision no longer requires you to have have conquered a city, but requires Writing/Code of Laws.
  • "" now boosts Production of Courthouses, Magistrates Courts, and High Courts by 50% with CCC.
  • With Mercenaries, Hannibal's UA becomes: Mercenary Units benefit from Great General combat bonus and their Contracts last 50% longer. Units may cross mountains after the first Shophet is earned, taking 50 HP damage if they end a turn on a mountain (activates automatically, but you may disable it in the user settings file). This requires the latest update to Mercenaries to work.
  • General code-tidying, blah, blah, blah.
  • Fixed issue wherein the graphic for the Shellfish would not appear when certain mods were disabled.
  • Clarified Quinquereme promotion so that it indicates that the combat strength when in friendly borders you gain is raw CS.
  • Several effects of uniques shifted to 'beginning' bonuses, i.e. ones that only apply when the unit is doing X at the start of the turn. This improves performance, and probably makes more sense for a TBS :p
  • Shophet now causes units beginning in the same or an adjacent tile of it to ignore enemy Zone of Control for that turn.
  • Fixed an issue wherein Hannibal's diplomacy text would not appear.
  • Retested everything to ensure working.

  • Added P&P, CulDiv, Map Labels, Unique Cultural Influence, Events, and Civ IV Traits support
  • Consult the Tribunal decision now costs 1 Magistrate and some culture
  • Slightly reduced the gold cost of the Suffetes decision
  • The UA now gives a flat Production bonus equal to 15% (round up) of the garrisoned unit's combat strength. This should make the UA actually applicable during Carthage's height :p
  • Misc code tidying
  • Shophet heal bonus now correctly only applies to units on the same tile or adjacent
