- DAttack shield bash is slightly smaller, and the grab hitbox is a little smaller and has less lifetime (5->3)
- UAir multihit is now slightly smaller vertically

Buffs
- Jab3 kbs increased (0.65->1.0), and damage increased (6->7)
- DAir spike sweetspot now has different hitboxes for grounded and aerial opponents (the aerial one is the same as before, but for grounded opponents they will now receive more knockback)
Nerfs
- Jab2 damage decreased (4->3)
- DAir has more startup (f25->f27) and landing lag (17->20)
- DAir spike knockback decreased (7->6 bkb, 0.8->0.6 kbs)
- Due to the new DAir spike hitbox stuff, hitting grounded opponents with it has less hitstun in return for it killing better

Fixes / Other Changes
- DSpecial now sends opponents upward, making it less of a flinch and more of a tech situation. Basically makes you less stuck on the ground trying to parry it, and instead you can tech or airdodge away (and ofc, you can still parry too, if you want). Might feel more natural to counterplay
- Stars have been rebalanced a little, but will also properly swap between their active and inactive sprites when thrown/reflect by another player

Nerfs
- UAir multihit now has smaller hitboxes, especially in width (although they will grow into the old hitbox size on hit for consistency)
- DAir front and back hitboxes are now a bit smaller, so it wont hit as high up as before
- Changed the stars on aerial DSpecial to not be active (doesn't change a lot but sometimes it seems like they could be parried, which doesn't give Sol parrystun)
