Interstellar ballistic missiles were too easy to obtain for the threat and utility they posed by their very existence, making the process of obtaining them a little more complicated. From now on, one cannot simply research one technology and be on the road to mass destruction.
Specifically, the prerequisite technologies are studied as before. Then, it is first required to complete the situation 'Exploration of concepts', triggered by the event 'Weapons of mass destruction', which occurs when the research is completed.
Completing 'Exploration of Concepts' triggers the special project 'Flying Object Experiment'. Completing this triggers the event 'Confirmation of Flying Objects' in neighbouring countries, which reveals that they are trying to develop weapons of mass destruction.
After completing the 'Flying Object Experiment', you can finally obtain interstellar ballistic missile technology by completing the Special Projects 'Warhead Development' and 'Final Deliverables'.

-Possession of the Sentry Array now notifies interstellar ballistic missiles owned by other nations when they are given instructions to attack a planet.
-Removed the Mobile Imperium origin for debugging purposes. May be brushed up and re-implemented in the future.
-Fixed an issue with the AI creating a large number of ASBMs.
-Identified a bug where if a ship with very high HP (Stellar Systemcraft, Precursor Herculean, Mobile Imperium, etc.) is hit by an anti-ship ballistic missile attack, it somehow takes more damage than expected and sinks in one hit, and trying to find a good solution for this.
-Space mines were too powerful and have been significantly deflated to match vanilla. Also, the current method of detonation when destroyed by an enemy ship has been changed to check if there is an enemy ship within a certain range every three days, as there is no way to prevent detonation.

Compatiable with Ver3.9.
Fixed the problem that the giant railgun was unintentionally completely ineffective against the planetary shield structure.
Removed additional origins.
Removed "Invaders From Outside The Galaxy" which somehow caused CTDs since the new game version.
ASBMs no longer deal damage to enemy ships owned by forces other than the default empire, the fallen empire, and the awakened fallen empire if they have less than 50% HP. If an ASBM destroys a ship that needs to be destroyed in a normal battle, the decision of the destroyer may go missing and some events may stop. Depending on the type of warhead and the hull value of the opposing ship, this measure may not work.
Added ASBM launchers to Titan, Colossus, Mobile Imperium and Arsenal ships. Summons an ASBM periodically during combat. Summoned ASBMs will disappear with the entire fleet after 14 days.
