Minor update, change barbarian hordes to have way less peasants and more infantry/cavalry. Changed True Roman trait texts to be True Citizen so that the trait can be used for both Roman and Carthaginian factions. Updated trait triggers so that senate related traits only apply to senate and adirim factions. Updated senate diplomacy script to also include alliances (which also affects protectorates).

Remove debug script that gave Fabii mad bonuses. Add diplomacy script that applies peace to all roman factions and all carthage factions when making peace with one of the factions.
