Patch 1.5.17 Update

Not save-game compatible. Please start a new game to gain all the changes from this patch.

Fixed Bugs
  • None as of now

New Changes
  • Slightly reworked the 190 start date situation for certain factions
  • Added new NPC faction - Ka Kei/He Jin
  • Ka Kei/He Jin starts allied with Tou Yue/Dong Zhuo - all coalition, Yellow Turbans, and Bandit factions will now be in an alliance war with both Tou Yue/Dong Zhuo and Ka Kei/He Jin (+ Han Empire)
  • Ka Kei/He Jin can potentially be just as aggressive as the Han Empire - the faction's aggressiveness can be reduced if you subscribe to the sub-mods that nerf the Han Empire's strength
  • In the previous patch the Han Empire had control over Northern Army units - now only Ka Kei/He Jin has access in the beginning
  • En Reiha/Yuan Shao is no longer a "coalition" member - this is based on the more recent Koihime lore route
  • Tou Yue/Dong Zhuo has a more friendlier relation with Ba Sui/Ma Chao and En Reiha/Yuan Shao
  • New events have been added and adjusted for Tou Yue/Dong Zhuo, Ba Sui/Ma Chao, and En Reiha/Yuan Shao

Patch 1.5.15 Update

Save-game compatible.

Fixed Bugs
  • None as of now

New Changes
  • Re-configured recruitment conditions for Dragon and Imperial units
  • Dragon and Imperial units can now only be recruited at level 6 and with the matching general class - e.g. Jade Dragons and Imperial Lancer Cavalry can only be recruited by Vanguards
  • Unlock conditions for these units still remain the same as before
  • As compensation, the recruitment and upkeep cost for Dragon and Imperial units are permanently reduced by 10%
  • Protectors of Heaven and Defenders of Earth are not affected
  • Edited parts of the main 190 dilemma path for Ryuu Touka/Liu Bei
  • Re-calibrated territorial annexation costs and post-conditions

New Changes
  • Edited the scalar stats for unit rank ups - the stats of level 10 units are now significantly higher
  • In light of the removal of the "unit-swap" button, the stat edits for each unit rank has now increased - to encourage more unit retention over deletion of units
  • Morale, melee attack rate, melee defense are the main stats that will see significant increase

Patch 1.5.12 Update

Save-game compatible.

Fixed Bugs

New Changes
  • Edited some portraits
  • Edited the trigger conditions of global events involving a character's death - if you own a character that can potentially die via global events, the event will no longer trigger
  • Re-calibrated AI recruitment and redeployment costs
  • Re-calibrated limiters for Han Empire army recruitments - Han Empire armies can no longer recruit militia or peasant-tier units
  • Han Empire armies can now recruit the Northern Army units

  • Re-calibrated stockpile reduction rates and military supplies malus due to faction-wide food shortage
