-Removed fighter hanger variants.
(AI wasn't using these properly.)

-Removed technology for Zro & Quantum Catapult.
(Neither had any effect.)

-Corsairs, etc no longer get the +1 mercenary enclave bonus from Barbaric Despoilers civic.

-Anomalies, Colony events cut back

-Removed E3 2001 & 2002 tracks.

-Doubled the influence cost of building new outposts and making claims.

-Slowed down base FTL and STL speeds.

-Most habitat stations now start as asteroids, turn into habitats around their construction date

-Moved several outlaw factions to more isolated systems

-Crayer Republic and The Sirius Coalition now get sleeper ship bonuses
