the revision patch

i wanted to make a new character for Rivals so I played ken and saw some minor flaws that I should fix

Animations:
-reduced the flashing of the fire effects on Hadouken and Shoryuken

Hadouken:
-reduced the speed modifier that you get from holding a direction when throwing a fireball
--but increased the base speed and the recovery frames of the ground version
-changed the speed for the air version

Shinryuken:
-you can now move slightly to the sides

DAttack: base kb and kb angle lowered
FTilt: removed whifflag
UFTilt: increased startup and recovery frames
NAir: hitbox lasts 10 frames instead of 20 (what was i thinking)

The "I have free time again" patch

NEW MOVES - Diagonal Tilts, inspired by Kyo Kusanagi
-input Up+Forward or Down+Forward + Attack to do these moves
UFTilt: like FTilt but angled up, higher kb, less dmg, lower kb angle
DFTilt: like DTilt but keeps going forward, higher kb, lower kb angle

Added workshop compatibility with:
-Kirby (the original) : its wrastor's side special
-Kirby (by Spamite and many others) : its the Fighter power-up
-MT. Dedede Stadium
-Boxing Ring
-Pokemon Stadium (by ravyn and Rare)

Overall:
-lower dash speed
-faster turning accel. and animation
-adjusted animation on crouching and DTilt

Jab: 3rd hit has faster recovery
UTilt: can be jump-canceled on hit
FTilt: slower startup, now moves to initial position during recovery
DTilt: faster recovery
DAttack: slower startup, hitbox has more range backward and downward
FStrong: expanded sourspot downward

UAir: shorter delay between both hits
FAir: increased knockback on sourspot

DSpecial: increased duration of the projectile-invulnerable stance, new vfx on hit

The Final Definitive Balance Patch For Real This Time (Trust Me)

FTilt: hitbox is more rectangular
DTilt: hitbox has more range forward
UTilt: more damage
DAttack: smaller hitbox, slightly more hitstun

NAir: more damage
FAir: more landing lag, sourspot has less range backward, more range upward, and more damage
BAir: more damage and hitstun
UAir: more damage, hitboxes are lower, less kb on first hit
DAir: more landing lag, more hitpause, less hitstun, more range up and backward

UStrong: more damage

Hadouken(ground): more damage, less knockback

Shippu Jinrai Kyaku: more damage, less kb scaling, adjusted angles

The Fix Patch

Apparently the runes are really strong, so I'm toning down some of them.
And I'm fixing some other stuff.

Crouch: fixed the animation so teabagging looks better
Hadouken: narrowed the hitbox on the ground version
Tatsumaki: lowered knockback, reduced horizontal speed
Shoryuken/Shinryuken: Added landing lag (idk why i never noticed this)

Rune D - All Hadoukens are faster or slower than before
-reduced the variance in speed

Rune H - You dont need taunt charge for double air hadoukens:
-now limited to 2 until you land or walljump

Rune G - Hadoukens burn the opponent:
-now its only ground hadoukens that burn

Rune O - Crouching gives taunt charge and deals damage:
-reduced damage

The Runes Patch

All:
-added Runes (check the character description)
-updated all specials
-fixed some visual bugs

FTilt: faster startup
NAir: hitbox lasts longer
FAir: lowered launch angle on sweetspot
UAir: reduced kb on 2nd hit

Hadouken:
-added a cool effect on it (so pretty!!)
-all normal projectiles last longer
-air hadouken got their speed and projectile speed changed a bit
Tatsumaki:
-increased overall speed and acceleration
Shoryuken:
-increased base kb on sweetspot
-lowered launch angle
-tweaked the horizontal movement while going up
Shippu Jinrai Kyaku (DSpecial):
-increased the "charge" duration, making it easier to dodge projectiles
-you can now cancel the "charge" with a dodge or parry (note: dodges are NOT invincible on frame 1)

All:
-added appropriate hit effects on several moves
-changed the pacing of several moves' animations
-reduced overall air speed

FTilt: raised the launch angle;
UStrong: increased hitstun;
DStrong: changed the animation's pacing;

Air Hadouken: increased variance in the angle
Shoryuken: sweetspot has lower base kb and higher kb scaling
DSpecial: increased damage on all hits

All: changed the dash sprite and speed a bit

FTilt: increased kb scaling
FStrong: lowered angle on sweetspot and sourspot
DStrong: both hits are strong now (before, 1st hit combo'd into 2nd hit)

DAir: raised angle
