DO NOT USE!, Global Silence, and Path of Sorrows (customized) now each uses a kill counter shared by all players to prevent possible crashing when multiple players kill large amount of enemies in short time periods with said weapons/skill
Medi Gun healing no longer disables godmode for players with frozen controls
Readjusted Wrench and Toolbox's quick pull-out animation speed
Sentry's level 20 explosion effect no longer affects Panzer Soldat
Dispenser will now refill wonder weapon's ammunition at level 30
Teleporter will now kill most types of enemies nearby when a player arrives through teleportation at level 10 or higher
Two-way teleport will now be unlocked for teleporters level 20 or higher
