Re-animated Shield of Silence fully
Global Silence is now a separate skill activated using Reload button and independent of Shield of Silence's bash attacks, affects Margwas and Panzer Soldats, stops zombie spawning for 6 seconds, and has 90-second cooldown
Re-adjusted sound effects' maximum hearable distance
Fixed possible game-breaking bugs
Minor custom map-compatibility improvements and performance optimizations (client-side and server-side)

Fixed Medi Gun and its upgrade not being able to revive Who's Who doppleganger
Fixed RNGat's upgrade and Tau Cannon over-consuming ammo in Der Eisendrache
Fixed Path of Sorrows (customized) and its upgrade not killing Insanity Elementals, Keepers, and R.A.P.S. when outside of Chronosphere
Ring of Protection now attempts to kill instead of delete enemies within it to prevent accidentally deleting important limited enemies
Added animated Dispenser's screen (not functional)
Updated custom weapon hints
Newly displayed custom weapon hint no longer disappears almost immediately if the last weapon hint has not disappeared

Fixed Idle Eyes and In Plain Sight gobblegums making enemies ignore player(s) indefinitely until losing said gums
Readjusted watermark's position
Watermark now only appears when the player presses Use button and will disappear after 5 seconds (duration does not stack if Use button is spammed)
