- Replaced all airlock circuits with optimized versions
- Removed the "docking override" lever for lower airlock, hatch can be opened manually now when docked
- Minor improvements and optimizations
- Overall, quite a significant reduction (~10%) in item count

- Changed to Tier I
Reasons for Tier 3 were:
-lot of effort put into it, so basically vanity - not a good reason
-making it possible to finish the campaign with it - no longer a concern since a mechanic talent exists that lets you upgrade any sub to tier 3
(Upgrade commands will still work up to level 3)

-More changes for airlock ducts, a couple of circuit optimizations
