- Famine's 1st phase has recieved several tweaks and his 2nd phase recieved a new attack
- Pestilence's 2nd phase ipecac attack has been replaced with a new attack
- War's 2nd phase has been reworked and his 1st phase projectile attack now has a longer wind-up
- Conquest has recieved several tweaks and his 2nd phase now better matches the other horsemen's 2nd phases
- Death's 1st and 2nd phase has recieved several tweaks and his 2nd phase recieved a new attack
- The Adversary recieved several tweaks, including his iconic homing laser being reworked
- Rag Mega has recieved new sprites and his wrapped-up attack has been reworked

- Multiple Adversaries can no longer perform the laser attack at the same time
- Pestilence now only has a creep trail in his 2nd phase
- Death's health has been increased from 450 to 540
- Rag Mega's revive attack now shoots homing shots in cardinal directions
- ???'s spiral and rotating shots are now slower and have more space between them
- ???'s bone swing now shoots projectiles in one of 2 fixed patterns
- ???'s custom damage reduction is no longer active when playing on Repentance+ because of his added boss armor
- Increased Carrion Queen's cooldown between charges
- The Forsaken now only shoots rings of 6 shots instead of 8 during his brimstone attack
- Gish's movement speed and several of his attacks have been sped up
- Gish can no longer shoot when attached to walls and will always jump across instead
- Mr. Fred's harlequin shots no longer leave behind creep but its lingering projectiles last longer
- Fallen Gabriel's x brimstone attack now shoots brimstone lasers twice in an x pattern followed by a + pattern instead
- Greedy enemies now have a smaller range for collecting coins and gain less health from them
- Flaming Hoppers' fire rings are now smaller
- Flesh Death's Heads had their Repentance+ health change reverted
- Psy Tumor projectiles no longer linger in the air
- Membrains now send their projectiles outwards instead of at the player
- Mega Clotties now only stomp once and will randomly shoot in one of three patterns
- Bomb coins spawned by champion Greed now have 50% less health and a smaller hitbox
- Black champion Mega Maw's spit projectile now only splits into 2 smaller projectiles
- Updated the list of Portal spawns
- Updated the list of spawns for blue champion and Mausoleum / Gehenna Mom

- Added submenus to the DSS menu for easier navigation
- Ultra Greed's coins now have a bounce animation after landing that gives extra time for players to move away from them
- Ultra Greed coins Fat Bats, Death's Horse and Conquest's Horse now have more appropriate hitbox sizes
- Delirium will no longer immediately transform out of his Gish form
- Triachnid is now blacklisted for Delirium if REPENTOGON is enabled
- Added Portal spawns for custom stages in the Void when using Custom Void Generation

- Fixed lingering projectiles from charmed / friendly enemies never going away
- Fixed champion boss Gurglings having their sprites overwritten
- Fixed Dart Flies being unaffected by fear and confusion

Version 3.1.13

Mods that edit the anm2 of bosses reworked in this mod should no longer cause graphical issues, but as a result some resprite mods will have certain sprites overriden.

- Super Pride has recieved new sprites to match regular Pride's new design
- Red Maws now visually swell up based on how close they are to self-detonating
- Red Maws now take slightly longer to detonate
- Dart Flies and Dank Death's Heads have had their movement improved
- Dank Death's Heads now create more creep when hitting a wall
- Improved the death animation for Holy Leeches
- Improved animations for Black Globins
- Selfless Knights now shoot less often
- Champion Wrath's rockets now have a short wind-up before moving to give more time to dodge

- Fixed Rotties and Skinnies crashing the game when hit with fear shots and Knockout Drops shots at the same time
- Fixed champion Envy not dropping Tammy's Head

Version 3.1.10

- Green Bloat now has his eyes again instead of spawning with Spitties
- Some enemies and bosses now flash white instead of red if their damage taken is reduced
- It Lives can now do his blood cell attack in big rooms again and it now properly scales with the room size (mainly for Greed Mode)
- It Lives now only considers enemies specifically spawned by him to check if he can come down or not, preventing potential softlocks with other mods

- Fixed Conquest's horse getting stuck on walls
- Fixed some of It Lives' projectiles never disappearing in big rooms
- Fixed yellow Mask of Infamy from Fiend Folio not using the correct animation file
