Updated Clown exo suit to not have a built in weapon for now, more to come on that later :)

Updated Cultist sprites to the ones from Thalassophobia because I suck at art. All credit to the original mod for the art on that one.

Added beat cop stun from original security talents to the Fun Police talent as the "Fun Stun". 100 percent will annoy the crew.

Explained Deranged Clown talent better.

Changed crafting recipie for Clown Exo suit from Clownotrauma to just need a flamer rather than the original Clown Exo Suit.

Fixed Humour foundation not applying with the Honkmothers Herald of Clownery (The Big Hammer)

Note: You still give them clowncosis and have the usual chance of imploding them with Truest potental.

Update for the latest Barotrauma version

* Instruments now stun correctly if you take the talent for it.
* Instruments now give an additonal +15 to all skills if you take that talent.

Why wasn't this working before? Because Barotrauma ignores invalid XML and I fucked up and put a / somewhere near the bottem. I'm amazed the mod even continued to work till now.

Updated mod name to fix issue with dashs causing the server mod list to show "Uknown"

Fixed up the Clown Diving Mask in Clown-O-Trauma with a new graphic that includes the "hair" from the clown mask. Looks much better.
