- Organic AI update:
Noticed Kislev just absolutely curb stomped on the map(by turn 17), like entire culture not just one faction, so added some faction potential tweaks hopefully help them survive longer.
Few more empire factions now have bonus tweaks too on top of original just Reikland ones
These only affect AI, player controlling these factions will receive no extra bonuses.

- teeny update for the loading screens; Guess be too simple to have them set by one db table lol included both tables needed now so you'll see them when starting new campaign AND when loading a save file. Yay archaic game engines!
