Added Liberation German vehicles
Fully adapted USA factions along with their divisions
Reworked low resource difficulty: Smaller scale closer to vanilla and ammo points used to callin units accumulate over time instead of being given at the start of the match
Reduced AI CP, player starting MP, increased player stages on low resources
Removed all challenge maps from the main mod and moved them to challenge map activator mod
When AI defends it gets reinforcements after 1 minute now
Reinforcemetns for defending AI get spawned at shorter interval now
Disabled attack from the rear event the player is attacking
Increased a bit amount of resources for attacking AI and fuel resupply cost on high resources
Fixed incorrect requirements for Finland stage 5 research
Fixed incorrect cost for german artillery strike
Reenabled emplacements: mortar pit, fire position and pillbox earth
