Finished adapting latest patches
Added classic CE radio mechanics as an event with 25% chance to occur (use armored command car to prevent it)
Added Mechanics Toggle Percentages to the bot conquest file to allow for controlling the probability that an event can occur during each mission (between 0 and 1)
Added indicator when radio is enabled/disabled
Simplified minimap Arrow Scripts
Removed old scripts no longer in use
Increased engineering truck cost by 100 for ger and sov
Reduced skip chance for arty and signaller for Infantry and Support divisions for ger and sov
Increased AP cost to resupply stuff on high resources
Increased MP for defender on high resources
Reduced player army by 10 CP on high resources
Added deminer tank to all ger and sov divisions to be a mandatory purchase

Fixed some unit cp discepencies for ger stug and fin stug
Fixed ai paratroopers not dropping on the correct vector
Changed officer cp from -15 to -2 but reduced price from 900 to 300
Changed command truck and halftrack cp to -20 but increased price to 1600 and 1800 respectively
Adapated most new patch changes
Reduced penalty for cannons moving in forest terrains, should help with cannons stucking in trenches
